You nailed it early on . . . the crazy, not the drugs. ;-). Unfortunate for her and for her family. There must be a bit of a sigh of relief from everyone though that she is hospitalized for the present moment.

Honestly it looks on the border edge of both on the map to me. This is probably why you hear both.
Little piece of trivia: The Player has the longest single opening shot in movie history. It’s a long trucking shot that moves across the Hollywood General lot, through the old George Burns office area, into and out of several offices, etc. The choreography (blocking) took most of a day. They shot (if memory serves) an entire 1200 foot load on each take (90 feet a minute).
I saw the film at the Directors Guild theatre with a crowd of DGA-types. As the opening shot ran, and ran, and ran, audience members started nudging each other and whispering. When the first edit finally happened, somewhere around 12 minutes into the film, the audience applauded.
I did thirty years in the studios, the fascination sort of petered out at about twenty five. Have to admit, though, I had fun. That.... and one heck of an education in human nature.

I think Britney is unstable due to marrying a slug who was only interested in her money and getting a career boost and who (as everyone seems to forget) treated her like a trophy and had little use for the kids until it appeared his gravy train was derailing.
I think she was crazy about K-Fed and probably still is and can’t cope with his emotional betrayal.
On top of all that, she apparantly didn’t have the early role model guidance to deal with such situations in a mature way. Hope she will be OK.
I was intrigued by the Cali storm thread but finally looked for the latest Brit thread.
The news reports I caught said they had her handcuffed to the gurney.
Last I heard she is going to be in for a few weeks or at least a 72hr mental eval.
JMO but I think she has a progressive mental illness like manic/psychotic disorder.
That is why she appears to be getting more out of control.
She really needs some meds.IMO.
Some people are so far gone they have no clue that they are sick.
And if she is doing any drugs/drinking that is only compounding the problem.
Almost seems she is not anchored to any form of reality. Sad to see anyone suffer from true mental illness.
To bad if it was a some other physical illness folks would be praying for her, many don’t understand mental illness is not always self induced or a sign of weakness.
It is a true medical illness.
I bet K Fed knows what buttons to push too. He comes across as a gigolo type.
E news just reported an update that she has lost custody of the two kids and all visitation rights.

To bad seraquel or something could easily put her back on track.
Unipolar/manic can mimic someone on meth.
She has progressed in her illness IMO rapidly and needs some medicinal help to level her out.
In a fish bowl as far as I can tell where?...........on TV. Shes been packaged for our viewing pleasure; somepart of her realizes this hence the ongoing psychodrama to keep the cameras rolling. Fame - very wierd neighborhood.
According to FNC, it looks like Britney has checked out of Cedars Siani Hospital. Wonder where she’s headed, now?
That is very not good news that she has been released from the hospital unless they released her to a Pscychiatric unit somewhere where she will get round the clock care and the right prescription medications to help with the immediate need to bring her to an even level emotionally. I hope they don’t drug her into the zombie state but at least have a pscyh doc monitoring what meds they do prescribe very closely and adjusting them as soon as they see how well they are helping her. She also needs to be on a suicide watch, IMHO, based on the 3 hour standoff in that bathroom with her child and given the fact that she no longer can see her children.
I heard this evening on fox that she was seen driving up and down the road in her car today.
With a 5150 hold on the books, the chances of her legally possessing a gun in California went from slim to none.
Now, the people who shamelessly ingratiate themselves in order to be a part of her gravy train will include CA social services and other do-gooder bureaucrats. Federline, who still looks stronger by comparison, is among the worst fathers I have ever seen. He should be absolutely fighting for the boys' privacy. Instead he attends club openings and invites the women in the audience to be his Baby Mama No. 5.*
