HSLDA has endorsed Huckabee. Why, I don’t know.
This type of article is the kind that Dave specifically deals with, that is topics directly affecting homeschoolers, or of interest to only them.
I’m going to guess there’s going to be a huge outcry. They tried restricting homeschooling through HR6 in Congress some years ago and homeschoolers and their supporters shut down the switchboard with their calls. Representatives said that they had never seen such a response to any one bill as that.

Maybe he lied to them...he’s done this before, he lied about his support for the troop surge last night and has in the past lied about who was on his advisory staff

Guess I should have been clearer, I have pointed out that Carter was also one of them to the Baptist Homeschoolers I know, to no avail.
The NEA endorsement of Huck hasn;t done anything to sway them either.

I believe I heard, maybe on Rush, that the HSLDA did not endorse him. Just a guy at the top.
