Questioner who brought Hillary to tears was contacted ahead of time by campaign. A setup?
Chris Core Show WMAL Washington ^ | January 9, 2008 | Chris Core Show

Marianne Pernold was called by Clinton's campaign ahead of time to go to the coffee shop in Ft. Smith New Hampshire (older woman-democrat). She was invited by Terry Norelli of Hillary's campaign. Questioner thinks that Hillary was sincere because the question was personal. Marianne says that immediately after the crying, Hillary resumed the political face.

"Marianne Pernold tells 630 WMAL's Chris Core she truly believes that Senator Hillary Clinton's emotional response to her question at a meeting in New Hampshire was genuine. Pernold asked Clinton how she managed to keep going during the rough campaign, and Clinton's somewhat-teary response has been credited by some pundits for her victory in the Granite state Tuesday night. Pernold tells 630 WMAL she still voted for Barack Obama, becuase she had attended one of his rallies earlier in the week, and she claims Obama's stirring speech brought HER to tears!"

I figured it was a setup when I first heard about the teary episode. She doesn’t have a “genuine” bone in her body.

Either the polls lied or the vote was rigged.

Mrs. Clinton had a great teacher as to when to bite her lip and bring on the tears.

That question was the most pathetically, blatant SOFT-BALL question ever asked!!! (no, that's not hyperbole)

And a softball question like that made her choke up? Give me a break.

Even a soft-ball liberal, questioner like Larry King would have been embarrassed to throw a up SOFT BALL 'right down the middle' question like that!! Geeeez

P.S. I bet that even Larry King was 'rolling his eyes' at that one!!!

I wonder why no one has brought up the fact that Hillary has actually won an Oscar for her ability to read with feeling.

Judging from the photos I’ve posted to this thread, Hillary could get a job as a ref for the WNBA...

Doesn’t surprise me at all. What does surprise me is the people that fall for the Clinton BS. It wouldn’t surprise me if we heard that the elections were fixed in Hillarys favor. The Clinton machine will do anything for power.

Why after all these years to we finally see a “soft” side to Hillary? It’s basically because there isn’t a soft side. It’s all show and people fall for it.
