THE two self-styled spokesmen of the Muslim community who laid into the Bishop of Rochester did themselves and Islam in Britain no favours.
The Ramadhan Foundation and the Islamic Society of Great Britain claimed again that anyone criticising even the most extreme proponents of the poison that beyond any doubt exists inside the Muslim “umma” in our country is criticising all Muslims. This is simply not true and one suspects these “spokesmen” secretly know it.
Bishop Nazir-Ali of Rochester made absolutely plain that he was referring to the extremists and to suggest no such maniacs exist is ludicrous. We all know they do and sensible, peace-loving Muslims who want to live in harmony with the rest of us know it also.

Sorry this fixes nothing. Muslims will not denounce extremism...because Islam is not a religion of peace. Islam cooperates with no one and does not accept freedom as a gift from God. They will say what ever they want to keep the infidels in line until they can strike them at an opportune time.

From the Muslim perspective, they have no terrorists among them. Their own Quran tells them to make jihad against all non-Muslims. Their own Quran tells them to convert the infidel, enslave the infidel, or kill the infidel. Their own Quran provides the rationale for their barbaric lifestyle, and explains their bloody history all too well.

As far as I’m concerned, September 12 was their absolute last chance. They should have done it in the 70s, when terrorism started spreading. They should have done it in the 80s, after the Marine barracks, the hijackings, the bombings. They should have done it in the 90s, after the first attack on the WTC. They had hundreds of other opportunities, too many to mention.
Now this guy here wants them all to stand together, criticism of the most extreme equals criticism of all. I say, let’s do it. Just make sure the ROE reflect that.

I think that I get your point.
There are soldiers for Islam who will lead, but other muslims ( like women ) will cook and feed the soldiers.
Still other muslims will help with banking, etc.
I believe that should there be a time in this nation when muslim “extremists” do their dirty work in any meaningful quantity, they will be “assisted” by those who profess to be “moderates”. It will be at that time when any and all muslims would be, rightfully, “in play” and self-defense would dictate that we act accordingly.

Islam demands that believers accept the Koran and the sayings of Muhammed as the explicit word of God, unchanging and unalterable.
The essence of moderation is that ability to choose between alternatives. In Islam, there are only two alternatives - belief or disbelief.
Islam has strong opinions about those who do not believe. The Koran explicitly tells believers that they should try to convert the unbeliever. If the unbeliever refuses to convert, he can be killed. Waiting for the Islamic world to denounce extremism is a lot like waiting for the Christians to reject the risen Christ, because the behavior that we consider extreme is simply action taken by Islamic believers following the rules set down by God.
In the Christan world, choice is a powerful force, starting with the choices made by the Jews to follow or not follow God, and then continuing with the choices made by Christians. Throughout the Bible, people stray, come back, stray again. Believers mirror that struggle themselves by grappling with the sin in the lives. With Christians and Jews, there are “extremists,” because there is an established diversity of opinion about how to be a good Jew or a good Christian.
The Koran allows no diversity. That doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened - look at the Shi’ite and Sunni split - but when push comes to shove, the Islamic believer looks to the Book for the absolute word. The struggle is between the absolute truth and the believer’s ability to follow.
And here we are confronting each other - freedom vs. strict adherence to a 1,300-year-old book.

Yes ; I can tell you from experience that they do .
When down in London for a trade fair , myself and a couple of colleagues decided to go for a curry in Brick Lane (a street in the East End 90% Bangladeshi ) . Walking up the lane we encountered whistles , shouts of ‘Kuffir’, etc , from groups of youths . I replied that we were looking for a decent curry house to spend our money in , and a leader type ‘offered’ to take us to a good one for a ‘fee’ of £10 each . We agreed , having little choice , and when this young savage took us to the place he said ‘sorry about some of our brothers - this is our area . Next time you come here ask for me and I’ll bring you up the lane no hassle .’
Another time in the Manningham area of Bradford , had just measured an empty shop for a prospective client , when a crowd of Paki/Kashmiri kids gathered . They started yelling abuse and threats as I got into my car . As I drove off a few of them threw things (including a firework ) and consequently I hit a minibus for disabled people in my haste to get away.
Once in the City Centre I phoned the police . At the station house they got me to fill in a statement and , when I had done so , they wanted to charge ME with leaving the scene of an accident !
Of course I was livid and asked them why they turned a blind eye to the way that the 3rd world savages behaved on their patch . The reply ? ‘Well sir , if people like you showed a bit more tolerance then perhaps they would behave a bit differently . It sounds to us that you did or said summat to provoke them .’
All this is happening with the full approval of this Government , by the way .

Very true... Muslim Trojan horses, it works for me. I just wish more people would understand that giving into their demand is just BS. If they can't adapt to living here then send them go back to their own lands. I don't know why they want to be here, for the money or as Trojan horses...In all the pictures I have ever seen of Iraq , I've never seen a foot bath. so I want to know why they insist on them here.

One of the basic tenets from muHAMed is that any Islamic law can be violated if the goal is to advance global Islam.
There is no negotiating with these people. Treaties are only entered into when the opposing force is too great, in order to allow time for the Islamists to gain enough strength to attack.
