You can do those things in SpecEd because the administration treats it like an orphan so they let the teachers alone better.So long as they get all the “bulletin board” stuff up at the required times, the visible stuff, they can actually do their job the rest of the time.

My parents are both public school teachers and do a wonderful job. They indoctrinate no one and have dedicated their lives to giving kids the tools they need to succeed. That’s why these teacher hate threads make me furious.
