This went out shortly before noon Eastern today. Will Barack Obama do the right thing and renounce Jodie Evans and her Code Pink blood money? Stay tuned.

Unless it hits the main stream press, he will ignore it rather than draw any negative attention to himself IMO.

Rather than return her blood money to Ms. Evans, the money should be given to a troop support organization of Sen. Obama's choice. "Should Sen. Obama elect to keep Ms. Evans' contribution, it will tell the American people that he shares her support for the terrorist-led insurgency in Iraq." Personally, I think he's perfectly entitled to keep it, but your suggestion to give it to another organization is vastly better than the usual "return it" propaganda.

$2300 vs $800,000 Hsu... This really makes Peter Paul's claim into "chump change", doesn't it? NOT!

I wonder if he’ll use the Ron Paul excuse. I can hear it now:
“Well, that’s $2300 dollars that Ms. Evans does NOT have to support the terrorists.”
The small number (2300) is also a scathing indictment of campaign finance reform laws. If Ms. Evans had been unimpeded, she might have given him a truly embarrassing amount, such as $100K. That would create a really big stink and attract a lot of notice, unlike a small $2300, which can get lost in the noise of all the other contributions.

What is a “residential” campaign? It's a campaign run by "ativists." (A mistake from the magazine article, not Kristinn)

While doing further research today, it turns out Jodie is a 'bundler' for Obama. According to
Public Citizen she has raised more than $50,000 for Obama.

And....while it didn’t show up on the FEC search, one website shows a $500 contribution by Jodie to Ron Paul’s presidential campaign. I found that reference after the release went out.
