Thompson? Why not blame Huckabee himself? Or McCain? This guy is maddening. I blame Huckabee for Thompson getting third place instead of second.

Huckabee has shallow support.
CNN showed a county by county chart. Where Thompson went, Huckabee lost.
However on on one retail campaigns are just not physically possible any more.

repeated a claim by his campaign chairman that Fred Thompson was his biggest barrier to defeating John McCain in the Palmetto State. Hey Huckleberry, that's politics. The Huckster is totally clueless. He would silence ALL of his opposition if he could. He sure doesn't like it for people to have free speech. He and John McCain are two of a kind..........a couple of loose cannons. IMO, they are both dangerous. The Huckster is as unstable as McCain is.

exit polls showed many of Huckabees and Thompsons supporters shared the same priorities on issues like values, immigration and taxes. Doubtful.
I bet this little sleaze would just love to run unopposed..

Poor little Huck. After all his dirty tactics, he has the nerve to come out whining about FRed?
Interesting that Fox News decided to pick up this story. Guess they are continuing to bash FRed.

Lets see, Huck’s people were push-polling and placing misleading pamphlets about Fred on people cars in SC and he is complaining.

And I blame Huckabee for the intense wave of neausea that comes over me every time I see his face or hear his lying voice. May he burn in the firey pits of hell now and for a thousand generations, where his skin will burn, his blood will boil, and his marrow will be reduced to a putrid black slime.
I rather dislike him.

That’s like Al Gore blaming Ralph Nader and/or the Supreme Court for the loss to W. A champ rises to meet the occasion and Huckabee just didn’t know how to cope with the challenge posed by Thompson.
