because CNN is dying too slowly and FNC is still tainted with too many leftists and fops.
We need an asteroid sized wipe out of the dinosaur media, not a slow boil.

Barr opined that McCains success is “a sign that no one or two talk show hosts really wield the influence that they did two or three election cycles ago.”
>>>>Bob Barr is now employed by the ACLU, he’s merely spouting what his handlers tell him to!

Well, McCain is probably laboring under the general perception that he is the MSM’s preferred Republican candidate, just as Dole was in 1996. For me, the unanswered question is who of the men on that stage could best handle Hill-Bill.IAC. the matter is out of my hands.

If McCain is the nominee (vs. Hillary), the media will turn on him ... bank on it! Honeymoon will be over.

CNN, with its lackluster ratings, calling another medium to be having a diminishing influence is laughable. They don’t even understand what Talk Radio is.

Rush’s audience is not shrinking...CNN’s audience is shrinking. ‘nuf said.

A lot is wishful thinking. But the fact is that McCain won in SC because (1) the political establishment decided in favor of him and (2) the 2000 Bush vote was split between Thompson and Huckabee.

Another Air-headed script reader.
CNN’s reporting is like a dog in the latter stages of rabies.
Lashing out at the perceived enemy when their problems are all internal.
CNN has backed with a great deal of smugness the anti-American, secularist crowd and it has come home to roost in the form of in the cesspool ratings.
I doubt seriously that the audience that heard this report was much more than a few hundred thousand who already hates Bush, Republicans, Christians and most of America.

Of course, CNN’s influence has remained steadfast and secure during the past 15 years. </sarcasm>

CNN, is that that “missing persons channel” with the lady with too much makeup and outdated hair, with the southern thing going?
If I die in some mysterious way, hope she doesn’t talk about me, wouldn’t be fair to the living!
To: Redbob
CNN has about 450,000 viewers on an average day, less than half of what Fox has. And Limbaugh, with his 17 million listeners, has to be screaming with laughter at this.

Hah! What do you know? You can stick a fork in Rush Limbaugh. They killed him off in 1992 when Clinton was elected and he hasn't been heard from since.
Well...hardly at all.
Well maybe a little bit...
Well okay, a lot, but just you wait, any minute now Rush is going to be finished...(waiting)

Carol Costello does. She just wants to be quoted on Rush's show so she can turn around and ask CNN for a raise! Rush will play along:)

The MSM in total is diminishing, and I love it!
To: Pyro7480
I don’t see how Rush, Sean, et al, are betrayed seeing as how they haven’t backed a candidate yet.

Rush’s audience is not shrinking...CNN’s audience is shrinking. ‘nuf said. I bet Rush listeners tune in longer than CNN viewers.
