I heard Imus promote a book by Katherine Graham, owner of the Wash Post, a few yrs ago. It was really odd how he went out of his way to promote it, over and over again. Supposedly he was just giving his honest opinion but the only thing that made sense was that he was being paid under the table to promote it. I felt like I was being lied to and concluded that Imus could be bought.
Was the Ford book a bona fide ad or was it another under the table payment to promote the book as if he were doing it as part of his commentary?
