Sickening the way McCain always claims to have ‘heard’ our voices and ‘realizes’ now that Americans were outraged just because we wanted border security first. He always forgets to mention he still plans to follow it with amnesty, of course. And even more disturbing are those who either aren’t paying attention, or have fallen for it.

“Evidence?”

The evidence is that the bill that was proposed creating a fine had no enforcement mechanism in it. Who was going to collect the fine? Who was in charge of keeping track of whether the family paid. This was not spelled out. The evidence is lack of the means to actually have people pay the fine.

The evidence is the bill itself. The fact that we are offering citizenship to any illegal for $5000 instead of trying to deport them first, while we make others take years to get citizenship here legally, is just a mockery and devalues citizenship in the first place.

That is the reality of the situation and you know it. You are living in a dream world if you think that every illegal who can’t pay the fine will be deported. You know how the media will portray it, because we all know what side they’re on. We know what the democrats will do - use it to demonize anyone who wants to take a hard line to actually deport illegals. They do it right now. And a bunch of RINOs like Graham and McCain (and on this issue, Bush) who really don’t believe in deporting illegals or building the fence aren’t going to be pushing to deport if you can’t pay.

You are in a fantasy world. Evil repubs trying to split up family just trying to make a better life for us doing the jobs nobody else will do. Just scraping by, can’t save up enough to pay the $20,000 the family of four has to in order to avoid being deported. Soon there will be bills waving the fine.

Gimme a break if you really believe this isn’t going to be exactly how this goes. We’ve seen it all before with the last two amnesties (that were supposed to be the last time we’d have to do this) and this mostrous attempt.

I’m with you on this. I’m not happy with the GOP field, but any one of them will be better than Hillary or Obama. Then we need to hold their feet to the fire.

You are paid McCain shill. You are new. You really do not believe you can make people on a conservative forun actually feel bad for not voting for McCain?

Might as well vote for Hillary, they do get along really well, I might add.
