I wonder why a person can’t open up a tobacco lounge, and then also serve beer and soda pop and other refreshments?

We have a smoking ban here in Indy. Not total, but most of my old favorite restaurants and bars had to go smoke free.

But there's a Hooka bar in town. Owned by a Lebanese guy, who also has a Gyro joint.

Funny.

You probably can, but if the food and drink gets to be the major revenue item, they say you’re a restaurant and your exemption is revoked. Also, believe it or not, some municipalities even ban smoking in tobacco related businesses.
