“In Kosovo there is only hate”
Byzantine Sacred Art ^ | January 28, 2008 | Tommaso Di Francesco (translated by Tim Fenton)

Posted on 01/29/2008 1:42:39 PM PST by Bokababe

“Without involvement in the wounds of the Balkans I would not be a true writer”.

“There are no human rights, nor democratic guarantees. The remaining Serbs are not even allowed to tend their graves, they are living in terror. And the EU, headed by the Slovene Janez Janza, a leading criminal of the Yugoslav drama, will recognise its independence, otherwise the Albanians are threatening a new war”/

It’s all fun and games until Serb tanks roll into Kosovo when Kosovo declares independence, which is what the Serbs have threatened to do in that event. The Kosovars don’t have the strength to withstand them either. To make matters more complex, the Germans (among others) are backing Kosovar independence, and the Russians are backing the Serbs.

I have seen only hate in Kosovo. It is NATO that has created this tragic and unsustainable situation, NATO that bombed the whole of ex Yugoslavia. And now NATO and the European Union insist that it is necessary to grant independence because, otherwise, they know that the Kosovar Albanians will kill again and threaten a new war.

"Yes, and so does McCain."

The elites of both American parties are committed to the expansion of Mohammedanism in Eastern, Orthodox Europe because they believe their Mohammedan paymasters in the Gulf will somehow show appreciation, probably with money and it will somehow weaken Russia. But they are fools who understand nothing about the cancer Mohammedanism is. Unleashed in the Balkans it can only mean another big war, not a sissy war, a real one this time.

So far as I can see, there's only one way to avoid, or better said, minimize this eventuality. Serbia, Greece and Bulgaria, with Russia in the wings, need to crush the Kosovo Islamist entity at its birth and deal with the rest of the Albanians and Turkey if necessary afterwards.

Kurds don’t have a state. Bush wants “Palestinians” to have a state of their own. Why do Albanians get TWO states?

“Its Cold War II”

It will get hot real fast. Then we’ll see if the crowd in DC of whatever party, will send Americans to attack the Greeks and the Bulgarians and fight the Russians for the sake of Islam. If they do, it will be interesting to see how long the American people put up with more American deaths for Mohammedanism.

KLA stands for Kosovo Liberation Army (or the Albanians would say Kosova Liberation Army). It is the Albanian soldiers/fighters in the war and the ones who initiated the violence/killing in Kosovo in the first place. They wanted to create violence and havoc to bring in international intervention on their behalf, mainly by causing the Serbian police to act on the constant provocations and then claim ethnic cleansing. Its origins are from around 1996 and they were financed by illegal activities of the Albanian diaspora and covert help, training and financing by certain NATO country governments. They used terrorist tactics and would plant mines on roads the police used, they would ambush the police and civilian travelers as well, set up road blocks and take control of large swaths of territory. They would assassinate Albanians whom they believed cooperated with the Serbian government in any way. They assassinated members of rival KLA factions. There was one main one loyal to Hashim Thaci (a cop killer who is now the prime minister of Kosovo) and another faction loyal to the late Albanian politician Ibrahim Rugova.

They kidnapped and killed Serbian civilians, as well as the police. They threw grenades in a cafe in late 1998 killing several Serb teenagers in Kosovo. They killed people on their way to the market (one example is parents of the adopted daughter of former NBA player Vlade Divac - in late 1998 they killed her parents and he adopted her in February 1999 at four months old.) They had training bases in Albania and had weapons supply routes from Albania and Macedonia. They controlled many of the displaced Albanians during the fighting and war - prevented them from going back to their homes, ordered them where to go during the NATO bombing, and told them what to tell the media (if they themselves weren't there to voice their propaganda.)

When they got full control after the NATO bombing they went on a killing spree against Serbs and Roma and systematically looted and burned their homes, if they did not confiscate them and Serb apartments. They rent many these out to the UN and the international community for a hefty price while the owners are often homeless in Serbia. They also have burned and/or blown up over a hundred churches and monasteries and have vandalized cemeteries. Now many of them have been made into the Kosovo police force and their leaders are often politicians which shows you what the international community planned for the Serbs and other non-Albanians.

The media and many Albanians call them "freedom fighters" for they helped steal and sever Kosovo from the Serbs which was the agenda of the international community and the ultra greedy Albanians.

Yes. Someone, calling himself "Albanian Prince" posted this on my blog:

Hahahahaha... the only one that explicitly supports non intervention in Serbia is Ron Paul, someone who doesn't stand a chance in hell to become president!!!

You are such loosers, this is a done deal, the culmination of a hundred years of lobbying by one of the most powerfull lobies in American politics, the Albanian Lobby!

Kosova will be independent probably by February 6th!!!"

Nice to know that we Americans have no say in our government anymore, but a rat's ass lobby by the friggin' Albanians (of all people) can drive American foreign policy -- off a cliff!

Yes, that is true.

However, let's keep in mind that most Americans have little idea of the issues going on in the Balkans i.e. who are involved, the issues at stake, etc. In fact, I would bet you that most average Americans couldn't even (correctly) tell you what country Kosovo is a part of.

For example, look at post #10.:-)

Note: I'm not picking on the poster of #10. I'm just using the post as an example to demonstrate my point.
