If a liberal, whether it be McCain, Hillary or Obama is going to ruin the country it might as well be on the democrats back so let the dems win. This may position the conservatives for a come back. I don’t know if I can vote for McCain.
The results out of Flori-duh are Exhibit A as to why I am not a Republican.
We need STRICT closed primaries - no independents, no Dems. And voters must register 3 months before the primaries start, and show up with valid state ID.

Just like the Michigan Primary, the Democrats took away all of Florida’s delagates, so I suspect a lot of crossover voting.

Good point! While I’m not a supporter of McCain I wonder why people think he would lose to Hillary. He’s definitely more of a moderate Republican now but even I realize he may be the strongest path to victory. Face it, Romney is not a vote getter, he comes off horribly, and nobody knows what he believes. Conservatives were wrong to back him, they should have gone with Huckabee, who is at least much more conservative than Romney, and whose flaws are not nearly as fatal.
Dream on. McCain is going to choose Huckster for VP, and it'll be curtains for the GOP.
To the people who are saying they will not vote in November because they can’t vote for McCain (which is the way I feel too): Just remember — one who refuses to make a choice is choosing not to choose, and by the same token one who refuses to vote this November is casting a vote for Hillary. McCain is a nightmare. What does that make Hillary.
I don't think you can imagine the damage that a democrat congress and president can do in just four years.
most STILL do not know he is not conservative. That is why he won.
