Both the North and the South were part of America. In no way could they be considered Third World, let alone Turd World, nations as black nations seem to be.
Your post does some what puzzle me (I’m not referring to the typos). Might I ask for some clarification of your civil war and the “small perspective” comments?

Sad story, I feel for the children in such circumstance. I hope the people over there can put aside the corruption to get some nutrition to the poor people in this situation. At least a decent meal of grains and rice to be able to subsist.
In the larger sense, America is the most successful. This is because we are sovereign citizens. As a pilot friend said in a pub full of pilots from everywhere (near Heathrow, it was, IIRC), “I am a citizen, you are a subject”.
D*mn near caused a riot. I fear America faces a rapid decline into the miasmic swamp of socialism that has overtaken much of the Western world.
As to a specific answer to your question of “successful” white nations, not enough, Sir - and becoming fewer with the passage of time.

I reject the socialist lie that all cultures are equal. Torture and sodomy, breaking bones and consumption of testicles, ad nauseam - all this causes me to ask why we spend the first dime, let alone thirty billion bucks of our tax money on AIDS efforts in Africa.
The simple use of cruise missiles against the cannibal/savages in black governments would do vastly more good for Africans than anything else we can do for them.
Merely paying the Ethiopian military on a per head killed basis, and on a per village destroyed, would quickly stop the Muslim ‘Janjaweed’ genocide against black Christians in the Sudan.
Success in a nation can be easily defined by how closely a nation actualizes that government which the Founding Documents describes and defines.
Mali is a nation that has adopted free elections and is moving more and more to an open economy. They are black.
Zimbabwe is a nation that has adopted socialism and is shutting down a market economy. They are black.
Lithuania is a nation that has adopted free elections and is moving more and more to an open economy. They are white.
Belarus is a nation that has adopted socialism and is shutting down a market economy. They are white.
Just don’t see what skin color has to do with it.
Color is indicative, not determinative. Black nations are Turd World Hell Holes, but not because they are black.

That they are such debacles is far more likely to be attributable to their lack of security in person or property than to skin pigmentation.
