LITTLE ROCK — Susan McDougal of Camden, a friend and former business partner of President Clinton’s who became well-known in the late 1990s for refusing to cooperate with a special Whitewater prosecutor, on Tuesday sought to have her federal grand jury testimony unsealed.“There’s going to be a movie produced about Susan’s role in this [the Whitewater investigation], and there’s some information in her grand jury testimony that’s relevant to that, and Susan and I think the public ought to have aright to know about it,” said her attorney, Bobby McDaniel of Jonesboro.
McDaniel said the testimony, as well as related court pleadings, if unsealed, “will be embarrassing to our government, frankly. ... Most reasonably minded people will think it’s ridiculous.”

McDaniel noted that his son, Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel, who is a state co-coordinator of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential campaign, isn’t involved in the project.

That's the way I remember it. She could not testify truthfully because it would get her and the Clinton's in deep trouble. Her repeated statements "Ken Star wanted me to Lie" in answer to why she did not testify were interesting logic that was bought by the MSM. If she testified honestly she would go to jail, so that darn Star was forcing her to lie to stay out of trouble.

And the only reason why they're cooperating with this movie is because it will be a fictionalized version of events which makes Ken Starr the villan and her the heroine, right?

Screw her. Either the public has a right to know or we don’t. We DON’T have a pressing need to have her filtered take on it.
We saw in Monica’s case that the Clintons PAID people to lie under oath for them and encouraged them to do so.
We know the technique they used to avoid conviction for their crimes.

You really have to wonder....what idiot would go to jail...for Bill Clinton...rather than provide testimony? Its amazing to watch people as they stand up and side with Bill over and over and over...for nothing.
Please let us put “acting” in it’s proper perspective. The epitome of an “acting” career is an Academy award. It separates those truly talented people that have spent a lifetime honing their “craft”.

She can’t remember her own GJ testimony??? Typical clintonite type of request...She obviously can’t remember the story she told then and is afraid to tell a different story that doesn’t match the first one, lest she be retried again...
Not sure what your point is, but as far as I am concerned watching Charlize Theron’s portrayal of Eileen Wuornos was a jaw dropping, absolutely astonishingly brilliant performance.
If her performance in that film was not great acting, then there has never been great acting in any film.
