Larry Kogan has done some decent work in NJ regarding property rights lawsuits,
but what the heck is this thread about?

Do you happen to know of this Good Neighbor group?

At first glance around their web site, they seem like good folk.

Hopefully they will expose the stupidest practice the world has ever known, namely diverting huge amounts of crops from the food supply (seriously negatively impacting ALL sectors of the food supply) and making substandard gasoline, which winds up polluting groundwater even more than burning gasoline alone.

I’d like to see the talk “How Ethanol will bring about the Great 21st Century Famine.” Because if it is not opposed and stopped, it will.

I think this is some stuff on Jim Beers..........his words;

I worked for the US Fish & Wildlife Service for over 30 years in four states and the District of Columbia. I was first, last, and always a dedicated waterfowl waterfowl, common term for members of the order Anseriformes, wild, aquatic, typically freshwater birds including ducks, geese, and screamers. In Great Britain the term is also used to designate species kept for ornamental purposes on private lakes or ponds, while in North America it is used for quarry species and is sometimes extended to refer to wading birds of the order Charadriiformes, such as plovers and sandpipers, as well as to other edible water birds. biologist although my first job title was often Game Agent, Special Agent, Refuge Manager, Wetlands Biologist, and Wildlife Biologist. I got into the business because of a passion for waterfowl that I have, thankfully, never overcome.

When Roe v. Wade was handed down by the Supreme Court in 1973, I was astonished. Not just because of the inhuman legal status and lack of legal protection awarded a child in its mother’s womb, but for another reason as well.

I was a Federal US Game Management Agent (Federal Game Warden) at the time. I had cited people for violations of the Migratory migratory /mi·gra·to·ry/ (mi´grah-tor?e)
1. roving or wandering.
2. of, pertaining to, or characterized by migration; undergoing periodic migration. Bird Treaty Act that the US signed with Great Britain in 1917, on behalf of Canada, to protect 212 species of birds that migrated between Canada and the United States each year. The Treaty specifically prohibited “the taking of nests or eggs” of the named migratory birds. I had cited persons for stealing duck eggs—because then, as now, the egg of a protected migratory bird is the same as the bird itself before US and Canadian courts. In other words a redhead duck egg is a redhead duck before the law, while a human fetus is not even human nor is he or she protected before US (Editor: or Canadian) law today.

I agree with you I believe the whole ethanol plan is a waste of crops and money. I have wonder that too what is the result of using all the corn. You go food shopping and see it every single time prices are going up.

The problem I have in my state is we have a bunch of dems and repubs pushing this. We;ve got repub and dem congresspeople who have personal stakes in ethanol plants here and they are trying to mandate ethanol in all the gas statewide. It’s just so sh!tty for the engines and crappy for the environment. Some of the lib enviros have finally realized it’s worse for the groundwater than gas alone and are starting to (very slowly) start objecting to it.

http://jimbeers.blogster.com/big_lies

This is more like Jim Beers I read.

There are approximately 4 times as many polar bears (20,000+) as when they passed the Marine Mammal Protecxtion Act in the early 1970’s. The real reason is that they greatly underestimated the numbers as they whined about the “need” to “protect” (i.e. seize management authority from the state of Alaska and outlaw ANY hunting for polar bear by ANY US citizen ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD by forbidding import of any part) but even setting that aside…. They can now “List” (as in proclaim under the Endangered Species Act) a species because they think it will be “X” average degrees next year? Ten years from now? That the icepack that changes constantly will look like “A-B-C” in 29years and this means X-Y-Z for polar bears? They can “List” because a lot of “comments” (from we-know-who’s) indicate it is a good idea? Unmanaged killer whales are decimating sea otters (you remember the “cute” ones that float on their back and crack shellfish with a rock) and now seals so we will put an even greater level of “No-managemenmt/No-touch” federal control on polar bears? If that was Exxon or Peabody Coal decimating those sea otters we would all join a lynch mob and riot with torches at night demanding revenge.

Goebbels was right. Tell a BIG LIE often enough and soon everybody will believe it!

I remember back in the late 70’s when they first start putting 10% ethanol in the gas and all the problems. The ethanol broke down the rubber seals and causes tons of break downs. Well if you really want to get mad do a search on cars getting over 70 mpg to 300 mpg. They have them overseas. I found it last year and I think there was 15 cars listed.

Looks like a good line-up of speakers. Beers has been warning for years about the danger of the fascist Endangered Species Act.

The purpose of the ESA has been completely twisted by the eco-fascist cult and and given a figleaf of legality by putrid leftist judges.

Good post yes Jim is trying to warn America that we are losing our rights to hunt, ranch and even drive on own property. Is anyone near this event that can attend?
