Open Letter to Arlen Specter

Posted on 02/03/2008 6:22:45 AM PST by bluedressman

Dear Senator Specter,

With all due respect, but given your abysmal failures over the last 40 years of not being able to find yourself a real job, can you please leave our sports alone until after the off season?

Or does your fragile ego require that you get in the way on the biggest day of the season so that it is about YOU and not the game?

Why have you confused public service with a career of helping to destroy our republic at the expense of satisfying your pathetic self existence?

What is it about this potential story that could not possibly wait until next week?

You are a pathetic man and one of the contributing factors as to why people hate our Congress.

Thanks for giving the Patriots even more motivation against my Giants today.

And thanks for sticking to the real business of the country, like approving judges and controlling spending.

You are the poster child for term limits.

He said this morning on “Mike and Mike” that since the NFL enjoyed antitrust exemptions, it was fully justified.

He’s always getting his face on television to say something and draw attention to himself.

The thing that I most dislike about this guy is the fact that in 1964 as a young attorney for the Warren Commission he took the panel off the hook by inventing the single-bullet theory. That says it all. This guy will do anything, including covering up the murder of the POTUS to get ahead politically. The establishment has been paying him off ever since.

When the NFL and it’s teams make a beaten path to state legislatures for tax money, it’s only a matter of time before Congress wants to stick it’s head in there.

Like or not, the NFL has partnered with taxpayers on far too many projects, and this is what they get. Snoopy Senators looking for headlines.

Specter is to integrity, honesty and good government what e.coli is to an all-you-can-eat buffet.

He said this morning on “Mike and Mike” that since the NFL enjoyed antitrust exemptions, it was fully justified.

Did he mention how much money he has received from Comcast and does this have anything to do with the pissing contest between Comcast and the NFL Network? ..... nah, couldn't be. He would never abuse his power.

This is nothing new for this ass-hat. From defending Ira Einhorn to inventing the single bullet theory as part of the Warren Commission, Specter has been a grandstander for decades.

That's why I voted third party against him in 2004 and will never vote for him for any position.

OH Pleezzzeeee, if you still think Jack Rudy was some patriotic strip club owner who wanted to take revenge on JFK’s murderer, there are a bunch of books you need to read.

JFK was murdered by the mafia hitmen who were working for the CIA to kill Castro.

Ruby was up to his eyeballs in Mafia contacts forty-eight hours before the assassination.

Ruby’s telephone records alone show he talked with the Gianconna gang in Chicago again and again the weekend of the assassination.

Grow up.
