Important Endorsement for Romney - Michael Cutler

Why I believe Governor Mitt Romney is best on the immigration issue.

By Michael Cutler 2/2/08 MCutler007@aol.com

The presidential campaign is grinding on and this Tuesday is so-called “Super Tuesday.” I have had the opportunity to consider the positions that have ben taken by the candidates for the Presidency especially where the critical issue of immigration is concerned and have come to the conclusion that the only real choice is Mitt Romney.[snip]

Actually, as all FReepers know, it is Romney and his BOTs who have distinguished themselves
by their endless dirty tricks, pushpolls, fake badges, fake LEO, false statements, fake endorsements
illegal alien gardeners, Pot-calling-the-kettle-black,all while blaming everyone else, crying, and
while shrouding Bishop-Governor Romney in his religion as some kind
of a protection from reasonable commentary and criticism of his fascist/socialist
pandering, flipflop, agendae.

because SHE could not. RomneyCARE = HillaryCARE

I wouldn’t be surprised if democrats added more stuff to the healthcare bill, they always want to give, give and give more. Just look at the Schip program and how much they want to spend on that one. Look at the prescription bill, they criticized and still do that it did not do enough.

BS, you know full well the 85% Dem legislature in MA added in the troubling elements over Governor Romney’s opposition. You also know that Deval Patrick (The original Obama) added in more socialist pork after he took the statehouse last year. Stop slandering Mitt Romney because you have a personal agenda against him. Using liberal propaganda as your argument only discredits you further.

It was Dictator Romney.

Regardless if he had signed it or vetoed it, it would have passed, the legislature could easily override his vetos, as they did many times before. Romney knew it was the best he could do, and therefore enacted a good, solid bill, even though it had a few flaws. Read the tag line, the argument makes sense....

I doubt mojave is interested in knowing the details at what actually may have happened to the bill. Earlier today, Mojave posted the link to a story that said Romney lost his temper with the AP reporter who disagreed with what Romney said regarding having no lobbyists Running his campaign.
For those of us who saw the clip, we could see Romney stood his ground in a respectful manner, and did not lose his temper.

That is what Mitt said. I don’t automatically believe he is a liar like others do. Actually i don’t think many politicians win that don’t stretch the truth some. He definitely has the best temperament and is very nice on the eyes. unlike the other pubbies.... and if walid pharises, tammy bruce, tom tancredo,Ann,Rush,Sean, etc that just validates it for me.

I don’t know how these guys do it with all that travelling. It was so nice of CNN to schedule that debate the day after the Florida primaries, wasn’t it. Notice the dems didn’t have their debate until Thursday, even though they did not do any campaigning, except for hillary, in Florida.

"State projections obtained by the Globe show the program reaching 342,000 people and $1.35 billion in annual expenses by June 2011. Those figures would far outstrip the original plans for the Commonwealth Care program, largely because state officials underestimated the number of uninsured residents. The state has asked the federal government to shoulder roughly half of the program's cost from 2009 through 2011, but there is no guarantee of that funding. Commonwealth Care provides free or subsidized insurance for low- and moderate-income residents."

Just saw this on Drudge’s site, would explain why Romney has decided to come to CA.
We’ve been getting quite a few survey phone calls these past few days.

http://www.reuters.com/article/topNews/idUSN0345866120080204?feedType=RSS&feedName=topNews&rpc=22&sp=true

Romney is widening his lead in California and has a really big advantage with conservatives,” Zogby said. “Romney winning California would give some Republicans pause when they look at McCain as the potential nominee.”

Romney said he would cut short a scheduled trip to Georgia and fly back to California on Monday for a last-minute campaign visit.

The Romney Surge In California And Georgia, And The Leadership Of Talk Rado

Posted by: Hugh Hewitt at 9:38 AM

Reuters/C-Span/Zogby has the Romney lead in California up to 8 points!

In Georgia, the McCain lead of 2 points is within the margin of error.

Huckabee voters across the country are indeed coming to Rush's conclusion that "a vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain."

Romney credits talk radio with helping to lead his comeback after his narrow loss in Florida.  While it is difficult to overstate Rush's influence on American conservatives, and while all of the talkers have audiences that do indeed listen intently, the real reason behind the Romney surge is the incredible connectedness of center-right voters and the sheer amount of data they take in.  The talkers just opened the spigots on the information, much like they did when the audience killed the McCain-Kennedy immigration bill in the spring and summer.

Rush sets the menu for more than 20 million people, and the rest of us for smaller but still very large audiences.

But the listeners decide what to order...

One wonders if you have ever supported, or voted for, Republican candidates. You come with too much force against Romney on this thread which is merely an announcement of a campaign stop. No one pays attention to your hyperbolic foaming at the mouth. The following is not a "fake endorsement." Douglas W. Kmiec is a constitutional law scholar who worked for President Ronald Reagan.

Mitt Romney and the Supreme Court

Our other choice is John McCain, who would give islamic terrorists access to our courts and our legal system in their defense. No contest.

Mitt Romney is the only choice for patriotic, conservative Republicans.

I understand that it will be INSIDE an airport hanger.

Here is a picture from a PREVIOUS appearance at this same venue:

Watching KCAL-9 to see if they show the rally. Right now, they’re cheering for Hillary the Banana Slug and Obamamama.

Okay, Juan Hernandez reporting from Long Beach, showing tape of Mitt speaking to the rally in the airport hangar, wearing a dark blue shirt and talking about his parents being members of the Greatest Generation. “Now it’s time for us to be the greatest generation for our children.” Dana Rohrabacher is there.
