Posted on 02/04/2008 7:25:13 AM PST by RatherBiased.com
Speaking at a news conference in Oklahoma, Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee floated the idea that the reason the vast majority of America's conservative talk radio hosts aren't endorsing him or John McCain is because Mitt Romney's investment firm owns a significant share of Clear Channel Communications, the nation's largest radio syndication company.
"Some suggest that the fact that Bain Capital owns a major stake in Clear Channel is on Sean's network, maybe there's a correlation. I don't know."
The Sean he was referring to had to be none other than Sean Hannity, America's number-two talk radio host behind Rush Limbaugh.

That is stupid, because Sean Hannity had been sucking up to Giuliani prior to his departure last week.
The vast majority of America’s conservative talk radio hosts aren’t endorsing him or John McCain is because neither are conservative.
VRWC strikes again!
And again, the teamwork between Huckabee and McCain, like Perot/Clinton
Will somebody slap this guy already! And he appeared yet another time this morning on Huck & Friends. My nerves!
How many pair of kneepads did Hannity wear out ‘interviewing’ Rudy?
How’s that bid for Veep working for ya there, Huck?
Huck sounds more like Hillary every day.
Same with Mark Levin who was supporting Fred Thompson until he dropped out.
(Admittedly Levin isn’t Clear Channel sffiliated.)
Unless he has proof of this statement, this is a pretty sleazy thing to say.
Crap.. I been saying all along Hannity is a Romney tool... Probably paid him off...
Money talks right Sean... idiot. He does not speak to true Conservatism either...
Ah, the VWRC strikes again.
Good for Clear Channel!!
The MSM supports Huckaphonies friend Juan, so what does that tell us?
LOL! Has anyone heard another peep out of Chuck Norris since he said “John McCain is too old”? I think McCain round house kicked Huckabee back into line after that one.
Go Mitt! Go Fred! Go USA!
Rush said he wasn't going to endorse in the primary, and he hasn't.
He has, although, on more than a few occasions, lumped Romney in the conservative category.
Romney may not be conservative enough for you, but he's evidently conservative enough for Rush to refer to him as a conservative.
And Rush is a conservative, I do believe.
A vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain.
