These were those cartoon ads for Sales Genie that used some mild ethnic humor. They were offensive only to the perpetually insulted. You know, liberals.

What offensive ads? I have seen stupid ads but offensive? Really. The article would have had more punch, to say the least, if the reader was informed what ads the subject was responsible for, and what was apparently offensive about them.

At least half of them I never figured out what they were advertising.
The companies that oaid for them were stiffed big time.

Ok then this seals it I am not a liberal.
I looked at the so called offensive ads and no matter how many times I looked at them, I do not get the offense.
What a relief that I am not a liberal.

one of the worst yawners in the history of the Stupid Bowl. A complete waste of time... Mmmmmmmmmmmm: Let's ee here:
Biggest upset since Colts lost to Broadway Joe.
Opportunity for first undefeated team in almost 40 years
Two times a team came from behind to take the lead in the fourth quarter.
A 45 yard over the middle circus catch made with the assistance of a helmet.
and you were bored?
It is pretty hard to take your comment seriously.

This is the same guy whose organization targeted elderly folk for abusive telemarketing schemes, designating lists as gullible and very gullible or words to those effect.
He also provided high-paid employment for Nancy Pelosi's son, though her son had no visible qualifications for the job. Of course the Mainstream Press is not pursuing this, because it would violate their SUTAD policy ("Suck Up To All Democrats").

They were stupid and disgusting, as was the game...one of the worst yawners in the history of the Stupid Bowl. A complete waste of time... I find people that have contempt for sports (not just a disinterest in them) tend to be spiteful, hard to like people. If you find a person that really doesn't like organized sports, and considers them an offense to their highly cultured self, you will likely find a friendless person.

You left out --- two sons of Archie Manning, being quarterbacks as he was, winning the big game! That's a first.
The father was one of the best. He was a very gifted athlete.
If Archie could have only been on a good team, then he could very likely have become known as being among the greatest quarterbacks in history. Instead, he was stuck on one of the worst teams in the NFL, during all of his potentially most productive years.
It was an excruciating thing to watch.
To: BlueDragon
Not only did they win their games, the Manning brothers were both named as Super Bowl MVPs in successive years.
I have a hunch that’s something like a once-in-a-century event.

The only one I liked was the Doritos where the guy in the tux was sitting in a chair (with classical music playing in the background) watching for a mouse to emerge from the hole in the wall to take the bait & be caught in the mouse trap. He appraently gets bored & pulls out a bag of Doritos. Once he actually takes some chips from the bag & puts them in his mouth, a HUGE creature jumps through the wall, leaving a gaping hole, and tackles Tux Man to the floor...

I find people that have contempt for sports (not just a disinterest in them) tend to be spiteful, hard to like people. I can think of a far, far greater number of great leaders who loved sports and competition, then I can think of people who hated sports and became renowned as a leader of men.

Ive had perpetually offended liberals tell me that I cant see the racism because Im so used to it, like a fish not noticing the water. I suspect the real reason is because that's not how you think -- racism isn't on your mind. Liberal racists are always worried about their racism being exposed. You, on the other hand, see a person instead of a racial stereotype.

Well.....I’d have to say it was an exciting first 5 minutes and a heart-attack producing last 5 minutes, with a punting contest in between. I’ve never downed a Coors light so fast in my life as when Eli was being strongarmed and made that amazing catch - not even when No. 24 and No. 20 trade paint in the last lap at “Dega.”
Yahoooo!! 93 goes down in flames! Buh-Bye Nunez! Buh-Bye Peralta! (Only down side is we lose Tom McClintock).

Archie was/is great. If he had been on another team besides my obviously pained Saints, they would have been comparing Joe Montana to Archie.

I love those “get your story straight ads” - every year it’s a new set of circumstances. I liked the one two years ago where the two Raider fans are saying “Yep - Gannon to Moss all season” as they unload a big screen, and the guy saying “no way Ricky Williams comes back” as he cleans a pool.
