If this is a causus and a candidate has to have more than 50% to win, then a deal will be cut. McCain will most likely win this one. Perfectly legit to make the deal. This has been done in Iowa for years (until the GOP wimped out and got rid of the 15% threshold rule).

Only West Virginia had the runoff for the majority, plurality wins everywhere else.

Like the deal MCain & Huckabee just pulled in West Va.!!!!

I’m going to sleep - have not enough medication for this *McCain Landslide* cr*p from the media.

McCain has 102 delegates, Mitt has 93, H’bee 79 & uncommitted 23. How the h*ll is that a landslide?????

What’s to keep McCain from cutting a deal regardless of a majority requirement? Can’t they change once committed as soon as they see the writing on the wall?
