It was a zoning hearing as far as I know.
This all happened in Kirkwood MO (many of you know about Kirkwood MO due to the Shawn Hornbeck/Michael Devin case)

Early reports are that he went into Imo’s after shooting in City Hall, gunshots heard at Imo’s but he escaped and they later found him and shot him. (unconfirmed as you know everything is still breaking)

A Post-Dispatch reporter that was at the meeting reports that at least five were shot. Public officials and attorneys are among the dead.

They think some of the people shot ran out of the city hall. One may have ran to Imo’s and the other to back side of the Grill Restaurant.

I have to tell you that one of my girls was the first to call to see if I’d been there and said if I had been, I probably would have shot him, had I been there.

The federal judge on Jan 28th 2008 said that his civil rights had not been violated.
