The Napa woman whose legs were crushed when she was hit by a drunk driver Sunday night has a long, tough road to recovery.
Doctors at Queen of the Valley Medical Center operated on Lilian Clark the night of the crash, amputating both of her legs just above the knee, according to her husband, John Clark. Clark, 38, is the mother of two boys, 4 and 6. She was pinned between the rear bumper of her car and a 1990 Plymouth driven by Francisco Pacheco, 24, of Napa.

NorCal’s first Chapter Director and current Advisory Board member John Clark, witnessed an illegal alien traveling at 55 mph in a 25 mph zone slam into his car where, moments earlier, his wife placed their two young boys in their car seats, pinning her between two cars. Both of her legs had to be amputated. Both boys witnessed this accident and are traumatized.
Make the authorities who allow this personally liable for the injuries, and this will stop.

Illegal aliens- committing crimes that Americans won’t commit.
If the illegals are employed I would go after their employers too.
This may sound extreme and forgive me for it, but summary execution where there is no doubt as to who did what to who and such sure seems like an expedient action.. is it really that barbaric when you think about it? The victims are haunted for life, the perp will just do his time and get deported..
The perp was there, the cops were there, the victims were there, hell, the kids are already traumatized,, have a Judge on stand-by and give him a call, and just do it.
It may not sober up illegals to a great degree near-term but it might actually send a message long overdue.. and one that will be heard soon enough.. and screw human rights groups that say otherwise. wait until one of their is killed or maimed for life.

A woman in San Jose suffered the identical injuries at the hands of Guess Who not so long ago. She now campaigns to get these guys deported (well, just the ones who do things like this...she's still hesitant to tell all of them to leave).

Keep in mind , something 12 US citizens die at the hands of illegals every day, if I remember the stat correctly, folks can dispute it all they want, if it’s 1, it’s too many.

I fully agree that it was criminal carelessness but I don’t think it helped that the mom was double-parked after dark.

No, it doesn’t seem to at all. After I posted, I rechecked my math...your figure is actually more correct than mine...I rounded up..you rounded correctly. In actuality, the numbers are likely higher than either. And as you said, even one a day is too too many.
Absolutely and I’m not saying she deserved what happened. I just shudder everytime I see someone double-parked, especially picking up kids from school everyday near my home. And it’s especially risky after dark. I don’t justify the driver. I hope he goes to jail for a long time and then gets deported. I hope the mother and her family are able to heal as much as possible. But I also hope that someone will think twice about double-parking, too.

Residential street, 25 mph speed limit is for a reason. Kids playing, people out and about, etc.

I wouldn’t exactly call it irrelevant. Had she been legally parked off the driving lane, it appears the accident wouldn’t have happened as it did. Doesn’t excuse the driver by any means but double-parking is risky and people should avoid it if at all possible, especially after dark.
You’re right. I say amputate the loser’s legs and let him crawl home to Tiajuana.

It is way beyond simple carelessness. Damn, now I’m fluctuating between amputating the guys leg and deporting him, and an on-site trial and execution. On the one hand the execution would feel REAL good and he’d never come back. On the other hand HE gets to feel the pain (no anesthetic) and has to live the rest of his life without legs. I’d probably swing towards the amputation in this case for 2 reasons - it was not deliberate, premeditated actions on his part, and because they were double parked.

Citizens arrest is not kidnapping. It is only false imprisonment/kidnapping if you hold an innocent person. Since one of them followed the guy back and could ID him, at least one of them knew he was the true criminal. Therefore a legal and sound citizens arrest.
My cousin and her husband were both killed in an accident with a drunk illegal alien. (I think part of the dirty little secret is that these illegals are part of a BIG chunk of business for the liquor industry. It would be interesting to know just how much lobbying the liquor lobby does on behalf of the illegals. Inquiring minds want to know.)
We need to bring back slavery, only this time assign people to that status because they’ve proved they belong there. Put them to work at hard labor, a good beating if they don’t work hard enough, and have their victims entitled to all the proceeds of their labor. And publicize the lives of the slaves widely, to discourage other people from signing up for that life themselves.
Their victims should own them, literally. Be entitled to rent them out to the highest bidder. I’m fed up with taxpayers’ money being wasted on imprisoning and “rehabilitating” vicious animals who just happen to be residing in humanoid packages, while their victims and victims’ surviving loved ones often get nothing, and struggle to make ends meet due to depression, PTSD, etc.
He won’t even do his time. He will skip bail and go back into Mexico. Then he will come back over to a new city with another id.
My friend was killed by an illegal alien in Texas under similar circumstances and this is exactly what the guy did. He walked out of the hospital with a promise to appear in court and disappeared.
Where is the justice in that? His death is on the head of every sanctuary city politician in Texas.

Our Government has ‘slipped’ into almost every aspect of our lives over the past decade. But, it appears that it totally ignores the reality that innocent citizen’s lives are lost every day, as a direct result of illegal alien activity.

What makes you think he’ll be deported? He’ll get free medical, free housing, college tuition, yadayada and then Social Security. We don’t deport the POOR WIDDO ALIENS, they just are here doing work that others won’t do. Besides, that’s their culture — drinking and driving.

I am sorry it happened as well.. it points both to the preciousness of life and the cavalier attitude others have towards it.. the cavalier piece is not directed at you but at the driver.. it also reinforces how deeply this nation is being affected by illegals whether the newspapers and media want to report it or not.. or our politicians will acknowledge it as such..
This time last year I chose to support Hunter for this very reason. We are in a long war because of the obscene acts of murder and hatred perpetrated upon us on 9-11. The WOT is important and I supported the action and the troops. Yet, for one to say the WOT is the most important issue is very short-sighted and signals to me they are not paying attention.
Since 9-11, the illegal invasion from our Southern border has claimed the lives of 55,000 American citizens. When do we go to war against these invaders? Half of that number is vehicular manslaughter and the other half just outright murder. How do politicians sleep at night? Well, of the past 10 or so illegal alien DUI accident stories I’ve read about, in around 8 of them, the guy bailed and left the injured for dead.
