The comment about some of his best friends going to gentlemens clubs was separate from the above line. That came earlier in the talk, when saying that when he learned of the ban on running ads from the clubs, he was stunned because some of my best friends go to gentlemens clubs. The un-American comment came later, in reference to advertising guns, to which he said hunting is American and somehow made the leap to the above comment.

Looks like this is changing under Sam Zell's leadership?
GOOD NEWS...
I’m proud to be an American.

“cul8r”? ;-)
Wow!
He sounds darn near normal.
He may actually save the jobs of some of these anti-business, anti-US, liberal wussies.

Zell’s going to have some issues in LA. His comment, “It’s unAmerican not to like p#$$y,” isn’t going to play well in the homosexual haven of Hollywood.
He’s questioning their patriotism. How dare he!!!!
Ya gotta love Sam Zell. He made a fortune going against conventional wisdom and always telling the “experts” to go scratch themselves. It’ll be interesting to see if the editorial page of the Chicago “Lib”une goes to the right. Maybe Chicago, and Illinois, politics will change for the better.
Which do most MEN like better? Guns, gambling, or strip clubs? It IS a tough decision!
Sam’s been on a roll lately, Check out

The last comment was after the reporter folded her arms and turned her back to him.
Maybe they will quite before he has to fire them? We can only hope.
