I would urge you to look at the pattern of behavior on your network that seems to repeatedly lead to this sort of degrading language.

Kinda like the intimidating tactics she and her husband used against Chelsea when she was young to harden her against this kind of thing. It's the old saw, I can abuse my family, but you can't use a simple term like pimping or you are toast.
