I have a friend whose father is a retired UN bureaucrat. Former high-level international socialist, actually.

The father still participates in UN-sponsored “round-tables” and whatnot. My friend came across a final draft of a white paper authored by his father regarding AIDS in Africa(UN/WHO).

Amid the bulk of the draft, my friend placed a single sheet of paper on which he scrawled:

SOLUTION

STOP XXXXING ALL THE TIME!!!

It made it to Geneva. My friend was raised liberal and grew out of it. Gives his dad crap 24/7/365. 366 this year.
