What is it with these New Yorkers running for president?
First, Rudy Giuliani pins his entire presidential bid on a late-voting, big-state strategy and flames out in Florida before the first flicker of fire.
Now, Hillary Rodham Clinton might as well be stealing pages from Giuliani's laughingstock playbook - and she looks headed for the same demise.

This former New Yorker doesn’t like either of them.
Looks like it’s easier to make it in New York than anywhere. Education system or mental attitude?
She will be extremely vulnerable if her presidential bid fails—good time for Rudy to strike for her Senate seat.
Low expectations.
Hillary headed for demise,
Gosh that sounds like music to my ears.
Maybe a jump off a bridge?
Or a jump in front of a bus?
The Clinton Machine will NEVER let a BLACK GUY BEAT THEM...>NEVER!!! Just watch.....Obama’s mama won’t recognize him after they get done with him.

This strategy was not preferred by either Rudy or Hillary. Both of them tried to compete in early seats but failed. A late-state firewall strategy (Rudy in Florida and Hillary in Texas) was chosen by their campaigns’ as a last-ditch effort.
They underestimate the female anti-christ. She’ll pull something out of her bag to win the nomination - keep your eyes on Texas and Ohio primaries. With all the cultish adoration being given to Osama, she’ll graciously offer him the VP slot, thus ensuring enough moonbat votes to beat the GOP Dole candidate McInsane. It’s gonna be a rough 4 years folks. Time to prepare.
I can't believe it's already been one year since the "It's Not a Purge."
It could only happen if 1) Clinton actually does win the nomination, something that is looking doubtful and 2) Obama would accept, putting aside what I think is a real animosity between them and reneging on his campaign stance of Change and being "Against the same old players" or 3) She would offer it to him, something I think is remote because of her Clintonian vindictiveness and dislike of a challenger and because the Rep candidate, McCain is so weak he is beatable without resort to Obama on the ticket.
So I'm relying on one or more of these eventualities to prevent this nightmare.
As I absolutely loathe the Clintons I am hoping for number 1 as the preferred solution.
Oh c’mon. Why dont you like Rudy? He is not Hillary for crying out loud.
You don’t realize how low Rudy has fallen in the eyes of New Yorkers. At best he is yesterday’s news, at worst he is a corrupt incompetant joke.
Thankfully, Rudy is toast, but will likely come back as a Fox News Commentator.
Corrupt? Because of the police commish? Or because of the wife?
I still love Rudy because of what he did for the city in cleaning up after Stinkin' Dinkins (Times Square, porn peep shows, window wipers, pan handlers, etc. ... he was magnificant in his 9-11 role, too; I just wish he could choose his friends and wives a bit better.)
Well, with Rudy the good outweight the bad. I think he has had a long history of good public service and leadership.
Along the same lines, they are informative stats from MSNBC’s FirstRead. QUOTE: *** The statistical front-runner: No matter how one slices the election results from last night, there’s no denying that Obama is the statistical front-runner. He’s got a 100-plus pledged delegate lead and even has the lead if you factor in superdelegates. Here’s our math: The NBC News election unit hard count stands at 1078 to 969. If you factor in the unallocated pledged delegates, our estimate rises to approximately 1128 to 1009 in Obama’s favor (margin of error +/- 5 delegates). Toss in the superdelegates and Obama’s lead is 1306 to 1270 (again +/- 5 delegates). What does this mean? For Clinton to overtake Obama for the pledged delegate lead — which we think is the single most important statistic for the superdelegates to decide their vote — she’ll have to win 55% of the remaining delegates. Assuming next week goes Obama’s way in Wisconsin and Hawaii, that percentage rises to 57%. Toss in likely Obama victories in Vermont, Wyoming, Mississippi, Oregon, Montana, and South Dakota, then Clinton’s percentage need tops 60% of the remaining delegates available. And this is simply for her to regain the pledged delegate lead? *** Staying on the statistical front: Check out these cumulative vote totals for primaries and caucuses to date:
States Awarding Delegates
Total Vote %
Obama 9,373,334 50%
Clinton 8,674,779 46%
Others 726,095 4%
With Florida
Total Vote %
Obama 9,942,375 49%
Clinton 9,531,987 46%
Others 984,236 4%
With Florida and Michigan
Total Vote %
Obama 9,942,375 47%
Clinton 9,860,138 47%
Others 1,249,922 6%
ENDQUOTE
If that (God forbid) should happen, she would be slick enough to develop a plan to undermine Osama as her VP by putting him on a shelf out of public sight or by setting him up to lose credibility as the one who really should have been President, or she will see that he suffers a case of Arkancide should he become too much of a problem for her during her reign of terror. Nothing is beyond a Clinton if it gets them the power they want.
Even though the moonbat support is shifting towards Osama now, Hitlery will stop at nothing to get the nomination, even if that means cheating in the primaries, and after she gets it, she'll stop at nothing to win the Presidency even if she has to make nice with the cult leader Osama, but that's JMO.
Kudos for your keen insights---how right you were.
Giuliani goes down in history as the most incomptent crooked politician in a millenia. He could not even get transplanted New Yorkers in FLa to vote for him. If Giuliani ever surfaces as a candidate dragging that assinine wife of his with him, the two are in for a surprise. What could Giuliani possibly campaign on?
His credentials as the ex-Mayor who porked his mistress on the public dime and hid the costs for her upkeep in obscure city agencies?
Or that he publicly humiliated his wife by dumping her at a press conference>
Or the only mayor who's bodyguard, driver, Police Commissioner, business partner and failed Homeland appointee, and admitted felon (in that order) is under investigation for lying to the WH?
BTW, when he dropped out he promised to campaign for McCain. Did you, by any chance, catch any of Rudy's campaign stops? (/sarc) Even Capt Queeg knows having this guy campaign for him would be political suicide.
