Finally! Savage acknowledged that his is a unique style -- bold and daring (and needed, IMO; it is one of Savage's major contributions to America) -- while other talk show hosts have their style. Maybe he'll stop maligning his competitors.

Just heard him say Ward stated that he was helping with an effort to aid victims of a natural disaster -- kind of like carbon credits I suppose.

Not as sick as I was when Romney withdrew, well he gave this magnificent speech on getting out so the GOP can unite in the fight to win the nomination so this can only be the logical follow-up.

I cannot believe that it's been 15 years at least since I quit listening to Ward (to "get the other side"). I had to force myself because I could not stand much of his show; mainly it was that cackling laugh as he got off detailing Ronald Reagan's health and other problems.

It was as bad as anything found on Air America, dailycuss, and dummyunderground -- and in many cases, enemy propaganda.

The deficient three-character-call-letter station had another liberal talk show host that got into trouble in his business life and, everyone seems to agree, commited sucide. I sometimes wonder because his problem was a kind of an unintentional Ponzi scheme owing to business failures. I think that he got some very unforgiving people to invest in his failing businesses.

He was a close political ally of Senator Feinstein. I enjoyed listening to that guy and told him so though conservative Republicans were his enemies. That guy was a traditional patriotic liberal of the old kind. He left a great family.
