So, did the “Obama Girl” actually vote for Barack Obama on Tuesday? Actually, no.
...On Tuesday night, City Room ran into Ms. Ettinger at an election-watching party in Greenwich Village and asked how things went at the polls.
“I didn’t get a chance to vote today because I’m not registered to vote in New York,” she said.
So where is Obama Girl registered to vote? “New Jersey.”
Um, but didn’t New Jersey also hold a primary?
True. The problem, she explained, was that she was sick in New York City and was unable to get back across the Hudson River to the polls in Jersey City.

It gets a lot of press, every election, but it seldom makes it to the polls.
Whoever is voting for Obama is certainly turning out in big numbers during the primaries. I’m still wondering how many of them are misguided Hillary hating Republicans. The relatively low GOP turnouts suggest that it could be quite a few.
She’d better be careful or the Obamessiah will order her held in a room with cold showers and little food until she rejoins the cult.

As a frustrated Republican/Paleoconservative it is interesting to watch the situation with the Democrats. Clinton really did not think anybody would seriously challenge her for the nomination. In fact many in her party actually feared the Clinton Machine. Finally the lightweight (no featherweight) Obama steps up to challenge her. It is revealed the the Empress has no clothes (but neither does the challenger). The Clintons cannot attack and destroy Obama as they would a serious white candidate. They cannot alienate the black vote. If the Republicans could get even 25 per cent of the black vote it would kill the Democrats in some of the close contests giving the Republican sure victory. I feel no sympathy for the Democrats. This is a situation they have brought upon themselves with their race pandering.
No presidential candidate ever had greater support from America’s youth than President McGovern...oops, I mean Senator McGovern. Young voters never elected anyone, certainly not a president.
