So this topic of a Transgendered 8 year old has been posted several times on FR, but Neil Cavuto interviewed some wacky child psycholgist... While he is interviewing this dude, He shows my FR post in the background!!! I believe Caputo is a FReeper...

I tried to post directly to FOX, but I couldn't get there... So I borrowed a Feministe.com link to it... It is half way down the page... FReepers ought to have some fun with the Feministe drivel too...

Just bring up the alcohol(ic) habits of one of the talking heads and next thing you know you'll find one of his or her friends giving you "what for" right here in FR.
You can usually conjur up Martha Stewart or one of her top staff people simply by talking about mail order sales.

I don’t know about all radio and tv hosts, but I know that Tony Snow told his snowflakes that FR was require show prep for his radio show before he got the gig at the White House.

Freeper or not, most radio talk show hosts source Free Republic for talking points about the issues of the day. I almost drove off the road a couple of times when Howie Carr or Jay Severin read one of my posts over the air almost word for word.
Speaking of claim for fame, everytime a celebrity dies, I rush to Wikipedia hoping to be the one who gets to update the entry with the date of death. So far I have been thwarted every time but I press on and eventually I will get to close the parentheses on somebody.

The sad fact about transgendered people is that most of them are very unhappy, confused people, some of whom really are physical hermaphrodites. Changing outward appearance doesn’t always solve the unhappiness, just contributes to it.
My guess is that the parents felt that if they let the kid become a girl before publerty, the physical changes (hormonal) would be less dramatic and the mental problems less traumatic.
My husband has known two transgendered “women”, who went through the whole operation and they both regretted it and are completely miserable.

If not HRC one of her staffers. Used to be that when the Clintons were in the White House and you thought they were stealing something you'd always get a reaction out of HRC a few days later that let everyone know she'd heard.
Until the rise of the blogs everyone was fairly limited to using FR for rational discussion (or otherwise) and spots like DU were total madness. So, big time Dems were over here all the time.

You have to remember that he has a lot of people on staff who are constantly searching everything on the internet and the media for stories they can use. Cavuto’s time to do these things on his own is very limited. It’s very possible and most likely probable that someone on his staff regularly checks in on FR for news/stories because it is a good source.
To: redrunner
Too cool!!!
As an avid reader of the corrupt-but-entertaining Nat'l Enquirer I discovered an article about the death of Marlon Brando's son which mentioned Internet chatter which, I believe, was from FR.
It quoted Internetees, discussing the fact that dying of pneumonia was probably doctorese for dying of AIDS. The verbiage rang some familiarity bells in my "enquiring mind."

If it makes you feel any better, psychoanalysts think dreams of collapsing skyscrapers have more to do with “fear of failure” at you-know-what rather than seeing into the future.
Feeling better about it? LOL
