Americas war on terror has come full circle.
By pledging his support of Kosovos declaration of independence from Serbia, President George W. Bush has sanctioned the genocide of thousands of Serbian Christians in the Balkans and the creation, thanks to al Qaeda, of a radical Muslim state at the doorway to Europe.
After announcing their independence from Serbia on February 16, thousands of ethnic Albanians (Muslims) took to the streets waving American flags and singing patriotic songs.
While the national press provided glowing coverage of these demonstrations as proof that the Kosovars were adamantly pro-America, few media outlets took notice that the demonstrations were preceded by the sacking of Christian churches and the burning of thousands of Serbian books.
But book-burning is the least of the sins of our new friend and ally. The Kosovars have also sacked churches, raped nuns, and mass-murdered approximately 4,000 Christian Serbs in and around the town of Srebrenica and its adjoining towns and villages (Bratunac, Skelani, Milici, et al) as well as the town of Gorazde.

There will be blood.
Looks like Boosh is now really on the side of terrorists. Great that our new allies like burning churches and burning Serbian (re: Christian) books
Article is dead on. This blunder will haunt Pres. Bush.
Muzzies will see us as weak and ripe for more terror.
But but but all we have to do is play nice and they will like us and leave us alone and and and if we ignore them they will get tired of fighting and the world will be friendly and we can all hold hands and be friends..............
UGHH
More of Clinton’s legacy, but protected by President Bush. We should have pulled out years ago. We were on the wrong side in that war.
Breaking news that there are protestors sitting fire to our embasssy in Belgrade. On MSNBC now.
Religion of Peace, right Prez????
“..President George W. Bush has sanctioned the genocide of thousands of Serbian Christians in the Balkans and the creation, thanks to al Qaeda, of a radical Muslim state at the doorway to Europe.”
Time for another prayer breakfast. Pass me the biscuits please.
Boy that didn’t take long.
“Muzzies will see us as weak and ripe for more terror.”
Poor, poor brave troops. They certainly deserve a better CIC.
This is Clintoon’s doing and the State Department ‘Shadow Warriors’ giving him really BAD ADVICE!!
I agree though that the buck on this one stops with him. He should have left there years ago. Russia is just stoking the flames of this protest as well. It’s a mess.
Lots of it..
God is going to have His way with America very soon. The wicked shall fall and be burned up like chaff, but Righteous shall inherit the land.
What? Ourselves!
At least there is violence.
Apparently the U.S. embassy has been stormed in Belgrade with the facade set on fire according to CNN.
It should be put up in breaking news!
I've never been able to see that there was a right side in that one, unless one wishes to look at it purely as a religious conflict, and ignore all other considerations.

Oops, wrong thread....

Truly sad. Fight the terrorists on the one hand and help them out on the other. And we thought Kerry doublespeak was bad.
I’ve never understood why Bush (during Clinton’s tenure) and other Republicans supported the Rambouillet travesty and the subsequent bombing of Serbia. I assumed at the time they didn’t understand what was going on. Now, in 2008, we’re recognizing Kosovar statehood on the strength of a Muslim majority in the province wanting independence. Russia and China are right about this. That’s insane.
To my knowledge the Serbs have always been on the right side of every modern conflict and they’ve ever been friends of America. I don’t think any people have been so unjustly catigated and wronged by the West.
“Deeply-placed sources within the Islamist community in Kosovo have identified the source and type of the explosives used in the jihadist terrorist bombings in London on July 7, 2005, and the Madrid commuter railway bombings of March 11, 2004.
The man at the center of the provision of the explosives in both instances was an Albanian, operating mostly out of Kosovo (with links into Bosnia), who is a second-ranking leader in the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA/UCK: Ushtria Clirimtare e Kosove), Niam Behzloulzi (phonetic spelling), also known as “Houlzi.” He carries ID under the name of Niam Behzloulzi. “
“Some of the CK123 was from Albanian Government stocks, originally provided by the People’s Republic of China (PRC). “

Where is secretary Rice on this? has you she said anything on this issue?
It doesn't matter what advice Bush got. He is the President.
Its his decision. He made it. He will have to live with the fallout.
This is his new legacy.
President Bush just sanctioned the ongoing ethnic cleansing of all Christians, Jews and other non-muslims in Kosovo.
Their deaths are on him. Clinton started this idiocy but George Bush has perpetuated it for almost eight years.
He could have stopped the persecution and killing of the Serbs and the support of the muslims anytime.
In my mind he has finally crossed completely over to the dark side.
I am ashamed to admit that I ever voted for him.
He is in Africa basking in the accolades from another foolish $30 billion dollar handout while the new Caliphate establishes another European foothold for al-Qaeda, and with his blessing.
Perhaps he will extend the same logic and support to red states in the US that have had enough of his one-world BeeEss and want to secede before he completely turns the US over to the illegals and the Imams.
bttt
My only question is why the marine guards did not shoot?
This so-called "Conservative" president is pretty liberal with spending our money isn't he? How much did he pledge to Kenya for HIV?
Just another reason why Ron Paul is right that we should declare war before we bomb. The Executive Branch treats the all volunteer army as something for their personal use. Congress gets a pass.
Interesting post. Gotta run. It will be interesting to see if the Muslim Kosovo’s will help to protect our embassy......?????
Like someone else said..Probably some Clintoon holdover at the embassy told them not to....go figure..
I’m sure Condy and Co will give a strongly-worded tongue lashing.
It won't hurt Bush, he has friends in high places among the Saudi Royalty, but it dang sure hurts me and you, and the Nation.
My disdain for President Bush grows on a daily basis, just when I think he can do no more harm, he comes up with a new way to hurt our nation.
What? He is to stupid to read his Bible? He is not a dupe, but a willing participant, in the creation of the Bush Dynasties New World Order.
Guess you never heard of WW I and WW II, read up a little and maybe you will understand.
He is at least 50 years late.
Do not worry. President Obama will correct the mistakes.

Republicans, conservatives and Americans will live to curse the name of this President.
This can just be added to the Mexican-Texas-Canada Highway monstrosity, amnesty for all illegal invaders, failure to deal with Red China on defective imports, putting missles on Russia’s borders, crticizing Israel for protecting itself against the Palestinians, etc. etc.
We can thank Mr. Bush for the loss of Congress in the Midterms and for the devil’s choice we will be facing in November.
Guess those stories about the Bush Family being in tight with the lunatics who run Saudi Arabia are correct.
He's quickly headed toward the point where he's going to have conservatives and liberals arguing about why he should be impeached, not if he should be impeached.
I’ve never understood why the US/Clinton sided with the Albanians/Muslims over the Serbs, even to this day.
Can anyone explain that to me?
“We can thank Mr. Bush for the loss of Congress in the Midterms and for the devils choice we will be facing in November.”
Bears repeating-Absolutely correct!
I think that it was a leftover from our Cold War support for separatist Muslims who were attacking Russia; the enemy of my enemy is my friend, and all that. That was one of the reasons we were supporting radicals in Afghanistan and other places.
Short-sighted move, but then, nobody realized how dangerous this 7th century death cult could be, even in modern times. That said, I can’t see what Bush’s excuse could be now, in 2007, for supporting radical Muslims.
Ooops, make that 2008!
Might as well just go for the straight Gore-Obama ticket for 2008, eh?
