COTTONWOOD, Minn. -- Authorities have confirmed that the the driver of the van that struck the school bus that killed 4 students on Tuesday is an illegal alien.
Officials at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement are checking to see where she came from and how long she's been in Minnesota. FOX 9 has also learned that the name she gave to police, Alainiss Morales, is an alias.

Law enforcement probably tossed away a perfectly good opportunity to deport the perp two years ago because immigration wasn't interested.

Somebody should suggest to the parents to get themselves an trial lawyer and sue the city/county/state for a bundle for failing to arrest this illegal and hand her over to INS when they had her previously. And if she was handed over to INS then the INS should be a defendant as well.
If local governments won’t take action that the people demand, then make them pay financially until they see the light.

I was reading another article on illegal immig. where the illegal actually said that families are moving to ‘friendlier’ places such as Minnesota. We need to make the message clear. Minnesota is friendly to immigrants, not illegals.
