Things could get real wild in November if Nader runs, and one of the smaller conservative 3rd parties were to actually run someone with some positive credentials....

OK, time to share a secret.

Karl Rove and I have been working "below radar" the last year or so (didn't you wonder why he left the WH?) to start a grass roots campaign for Ralph to run. We have had ACORN getting the petitions signed in all kinds of states, we've have a team of "Rovian Rangers" sign up on blogs and bilk ask for donations from DUmmies, KOSmunists, Code STINKers, HUFFpoopieheads and other various LIB organizations willing to throw money at anyone who can pimp an "I'm Not Bush" slogan.

How this all started was Karl kind of got used to hearing "Rove You Magnificent Bastard" all the time and knowing that after GWB was done he was pretty much not into creating another FrankenGOPher from scratch, but he wanted one more shot at it. He called me on the secret "light-blue" phone (soft gentle color remained nondescript) and asked me to "round up the boys" for another mission he called "Secret Mission Green Weenie Schadenfreude." After we met at a secret chamber under the Skull & Bones Frat House and he showed me the plan drawn out on the back of paternity test for Chelsea Clinton I realized this could work.

We recruited a couple of strategic partners from Blackwater and Halliburton to provide logistics and set out to across America where we stopped at all the local "indy" coffee houses on open-mike nights and got the bong licking, granola eater, tree hugging "Viva La Evolution" T-shirt wearing freaks all in an orgasmic, "Ralphie Boy" chanting blather before moving on. Town after town after town. Finally when we got to California we realized our work was done.

We have been letting it settle and grow on its own now and I think that when Ralph announces his intent to run in a few days, I'm gonna have to call Karl one more time just to say....

RYMB!

/h

Since both Nader and Gilchrist both “suck”, will you call people who vote for them, “suckers”?

Gee, Monica could be the head of this group, as well as that woman news reporter who said she’d give Bill Clinton a BJ.

This is going to be one interesting campaign.

Perhaps he can persuade Bloomie to run with him . At least some leftist nutters will vote for Nader and perhaps some East Coast states could actually be won by a GOP person. It might even help down ticket Pubs because lefties never seem know how to mark ballots correctly ala Fla.

Why would the moonbats vote for a grumpy old man like Nader when they could support a a fellow moonbat who is also the messiah.

"In what amounts to a preview of his campaign themes, he answers himself: "Cutting the huge, bloated and wasteful military budget, adopting a single-payer Canadian-style national health insurance system, impeaching Bush/Cheney, opposing nuclear power — among many others."

WHOA & BACK UP! ... "impeaching Bush/Cheney"

Heck of a presidential campaign theme you've got there Ralph.  Care to explain just how a new President will go about having a former President and Vice-President impeached?

While you're at it, a couple more questions.  Do you spend lots of time with the test dummies?  Have you discussed this with them?

Eh, who cares? He probably won’t be the green party candidate this time, and even if he is he won’t matter. He is even less relevant this time than he was in 2004. Honestly, I can only see him making a difference if HRC is the Dim nominee, and I no longer think she will be, so again who cares.
