It's from a comedy sketch by a Canadian group called The Frantics called "Last Will and Temperament." A bitter old man keeps leaving people boots to the head in his will, and every time he leaves one to somebody else, he leaves one to his sniveling niece Jenny and her wimpy husband Hank.
I know that was a little bit "inside baseball," but I was amused, and that's what's most important. :-)

I like the cut of your jib, Mr. Silver. Monty Pyhton fan, perchance?
