In a recent episode of Saturday Night Live that featured a parody of a Clinton Obama debate, a faux Campbell Brown chirped "Like nearly everyone in the news media, the three of us are totally in the tank for Senator Obama". Funny? Yes, but this might have hit a bit too close to home.
Surely Barack Obama wouldn't lie now would he? But did the Obama camp really send CNN to Indonesia? Are we to believe that when the accusations of Barack Obama attending a madrassa as a child first broke on Fox News last year that Sam Feist's reply to the Obama camp would be "Please relax. You furnish the money, I'll furnish the debunk."
Like many Americans, my parents raised me to believe that it is the truth that matters. It is. Network news broadcasts and newspaper reports have the power to shape our perceptions, consciously and subliminally and as consumers we naturally expect a bit of integrity on behalf of the networks and media outlets. We expect that opinion and commentary are clearly identified as such. What we don't expect is that the news has been manufactured or bought and paid for. That CNN would assist Obama in deceiving the American people is downright despicable and I think if what Obama is saying is true, then both CNN and Obama owe the American people an apology.
For Barack Obama, the facts are that he is a liar and no one, not CNN or Sam Feist is ever going to change that fact. There is no amount of spin, flooding the internet or debunking that is ever going to change the fact that Barack Hussein Obama was born a Muslim and that he practiced Islam as a child, no more than I can change the fact that I was born and baptized a Catholic and attended Catholic school as a child.
Barack Obama often speaks of hope and change, but for a man that truly aspires to lead our nation, hope and change will simply not suffice, there can be no dignity without honesty.

The more reputable and detailed the source is, the harder it is for Barack to say the picture was taken out of context or photoshopped.
Obama Sr. was already polygamist as a young man in 1960, when he decided he could go ahead and pick up an American wife in addition to the one he already had in Kenya.
Whether he ever intended for them to learn of each other’s existence or to take Stanley Ann to Kenya is unknown, although it is known that Obama Sr.’s own father disapproved strongly of Obama Sr.’s marriage to Stanley Ann.

The Quran allows muslims to have up to four wives at a time, so it would not be against his father’s religion to have multiple wives at the same time.
It sure does seem strange that the media hasn’t paid any attention at all to the FACTS about Obama’s religious history, and his father’s, when they spent so much time on Romney’s.
It’s almost like they aren’t being fair and unbiased (now, where did I put that sarcasm tag?????)

As a fledgling Christian, Obama didn’t join just any church. He joined the United Church of Christ.
The United Church of Christ is very anti-Israel and supports divestment. It also sponsors speeches at its many functions by the Arab “Christian” pro-terror religious organization, Sabeel. Sabeel holds some of its biggest meetings in Chicago., (www.scoop.,co,nz/stories/HL0510/500139.htm).
In his own two autobiographies, Obama writes that his teacher at the school sent a note home to his mother that Obama made trouble by making faces while the class was studying the Koran. Uh, sorry, but public schools DO NOT study the Koran. Islamic schools do. And which suras was Obama studying? How about the many suras that preach deception and killing of Infidels? It’s doubtful that the school didn’t teach those. It’s more likely that they did. And which violent Hadiths did the school teach? We’ll never know. And Obama won’t be trumpeting them.
So Christians and others are welcome at the Muslim school Obama attended. That proves nothing. Everyone (except women) would be welcome in most Islamic schools around the world—a great opportunity to indoctrinate and convert them. How do you think Adam Gadahn a/k/a Azzam Al-Amriki learned about Islam before he became a fully converted, educated Muslim? It wasn’t by osmosis.
And finally, there is the glaring red flag on Obama’s attendance at Fransiskus Assisi, a Catholic school.
AP reports this:
At first, Obama attended the Catholic school, Fransiskus Assisi, where documents showed he enrolled as a Muslim, the religion of his stepfather.
The document required that each student choose one of five state-sanctioned religions when registering _ Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Catholic or Protestant. Gibbs said he wasn’t sure why the document had Obama listed as a Muslim.

this story is dead. no one cares if he went to a muslim school when he was like 7 years old. It sounds tawdry and stupid when people try to use this against him. stop beating a dead horse.

On the one hand, this would have been true had Obama not tried to trot out the “I’ve never been a Muslim” blanket denial.
Now that he has, it is a question that goes to the candidate’s integrity.
Unless religion, like sex, is one of those things “that everybody lies about.”
On the other hand, the Besuki school’s status as public doesn’t mean the same thing that a public school in the U.S. implies. Most publicly funded schools around the world, and Indonesia is no exception, provide religious instruction for their students in the faith designated by their parents. Obama’s Muslim education therefore is completely congruent with his attendance at Besuki.
So why can’t the candidate come clean on this?

The pic in #5 is not quite clear, but it sure looks like a songkok or kopia.
Most of these are black and it’s daily wear is typical of a practicing male muslim who attends a mosque as apposed to a non-practicng (who would usually not wear one). The white, which signifies purity to mohammadans, and their emulation of mohammad (who they believe wore a white turban) is indeed often used by hajis.
Hajis over there often wear the familiar less bulky white haji cap as their typical insignia.
May explain why Obama has a white kopia/songkok and not a haji cap.
Funny. I know Christian Africans who wear that garb.
