Is the Governor in his state a good Republican? Nope. Joe Manchin is the governor of WEST Virginia, (not Virginia), and he ain't even a "good" democRAT.
His claim to fame is peeving off the residents with "West Virginia. Open For Business." welcome signs (which are to be soon replaced with ones similar to the previous welcome signs, at a cost of millions of dollars.)
He is also related to former WV State Treasurer A. James Manchin, who was ALWAYS involved in some sort of scandal....
