Hey, what about Chaffee from Rhode Island? I heard he is between jobs. Job Requirement: consistent praise of Obama’s new clothes. Being Republican is a plus.

Too many farmers seem to be socialists dependent on the government trough.

No, he ran as a Republican, because he had a better shot at winning a senate seat from Nebraska as Republican even if he had to hide his spots. For the leftists having Hagel win that meant that they could get an ally when the conservatives could have picked up that seat.

Osama is scared now due to Rush telling his listeners to vote for Clinton. The internal polls must be showing a shift in her favor .
Please Check Hagel is his idea of a Repub ??
He is more anti- Iraqi war than Hillary !

Chuck Hagel! Now that’s a joke. He’s no Republican for sure.

Olympia Snow, Chuck Hagel, Arlene Specter, Norm Coleman, Susan Collins, Gordon Smith, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lincoln Chaffee, Rick Lugar...yup, great "bipartisan" picks. John McCain would make an excellent addition for the parade of anti-conservative Republicans, but he is unfortunately spoken for already.

A show of "bipartisan" love on behalf of Obama will likely invoke within John McCain a desire to promise to appoint LIBERAL Demonrats to his cabinet. The rats understand how to abuse the perceptions of bipartisanship...while the mainstream within the Stupid Party will partner up with the Kennedy clan, that woman with the stretched face from California (her name escapes me), etc.

There are only 14 cabinet positions (or is it 15 now?)

Democrats won’t be too happy if he starts filling them with Republicans.

From the Article:

"Earlier Obama had told the audience at a suburban high school rally in Dallas, Texas, that he intended to follow the example of his hero, President Abraham Lincoln, and appoint a cabinet of the talents, irrespective of party labels."

Phone call from Obama HQ: "Hello Canada...er DNC, pay no attention to Senator Obama's comments regarding naming Repubicans to cabinet posts. That was just campaign talk and he has no intentions of following through."

Condoleeza Rice for Secretary of State again?

"Condoleeza Rice for Secretary of State again?"

It would more likely be someone who follows the philosophy and maybe even the directions of Zbigniew Brzezinski. With so much talk of rebellion going around, Obama is trying to fool everyone into believing that he's revolutionary. But he'll do the bidding of the same ol' crowd of "important" constituents.

Do you see? The "MSM," BTW, does the bidding of its sponsors. ...something to think about.

But there is dissent between the main forces behind the various candidates. The question is, who would divide them the most? Do we want them to be paying more attention to each other or paying more attention to the rest of us?

I wasn't so cynical a few years ago and haven't been as cynical before in my life.

Obama lays out plan for confronting Iran

(Obama interview with Yedioth Ahronoth)

It appears that he's been a high-brow big shot, pretty much like the rest of the candidates (Harvard Law School graduate, even).

And all the while, our leadership (whoever) is allowing antagonistic nations of the east to form up and build up against us, economically and militarily. Iran's not going to be a weak link between those nations for much longer.

One of two scenarios...

1) He picks certified RINOS
2) He picks possible RINOS for positions of such miniscule importance that the positions have no influence - Interior, Transportation and HHS.

I'll believe that "key Republicans join Obama" when I see it.

Cornel West, a professor of African American studies at Princeton University, believes Obama has found the language to address problems in the black community.

Correction. Cornel West is the Chairman of Democratic Socialists of America -- an openly avowed socialist whose books include The Ethical Dimensions of Marxist Thought.

Oh yeah. He is a professor of African American studies at Princeton, alma mater to Michelle Obama.

I am ashamed there is an “R” after Hagel’s name. I wouldn’t pick him to bag my groceries. He’s dumb as a rock—no, I take that back. I know rocks with more intelligence and loyalty.

Hell he can have Lugar, he'd be doing hoosiers a favor!

The only way Lugar will leave his senate seat is feet first or for a high exposure position.

He would eat up being Secretary of state or Defence, every night he could hear the msm, refer to him as "senior Statesman" , he Loves that stuff....more than he's ever loved actually representing us.
