Very valid question, they probably would not be in trouble for the cavorting. Hopefully they would still be in trouble for the firearm mishandling.

Here’s some perspective. They posed with the girls - harmless fun as long as the weapons were unloaded. They didn’t have sex with them.
...Here is some perspective...why don’t you come across the pond...pull into a Hooters and start handing out unloaded automatic weapons and see what happens to you....The fact these morons were cops makes the incident event worse. I would never trust the decisions made by these idiots if they can’t even make the right decision when going to Hooters. These guys deserve what they get because only their stupidity and arrogance would allow this to happen.

All I see are some pictures. I have heard no allegations of infidelity, there is no accusation that they were on company time, they were in a restaurant not a strip joint, don't see any evidence of misconduct on their part, some bad judgment - maybe - any evidence the weapons were loaded? Safeties off? I'm more concerned about the conduct of most of the people they went down to help than I am about them.
