He’s lucky that he didn’t get smoked. Not really. We're armed, but not trigger happy, here in Central Texas. But we're not exactly reluctant to pull the trigger either, if and when it becomes necessary.

And even then he probably was not really under any threat. Gun does not equal threat. Unless you're up to no good that is, and then the gun in hand of your potential victim is a big threat to you and your plans.
