Right now Obama controls a kingmaker’s percentage of the Rat base.

That’s MORE than LBJ did for JFK.

They will thank her and they will vote for her because, after Obama’s on the ticket, you just know he’s going to be out there saying it was all just politics, no big personal disagreements, bond together for the good of the country, koombyah and all that.

And his followers will follow him.

It’s happened many times throughout history.

Apart from the delegate math, these wins for Hildy give her much more power to argue that only she can win the big states-—i.e., Obama is weaker in the general-—and she deserves a re-do in MI and FL.

With those things on the table in a much more powerful way now, thanks to this little stunt, she can smack the supers around much better and force them to force Obama into the VP slot in the case of a virtual tie.

It’s hard to imagine a more destructive scenario for the Dems—Hillary at the top of the ticket by way of back-room deals despite Obama’s greater popular support. Black turnout is depressed, and McCain gets to tee off on the inconsistencies within the Democratic ticket.

How is this bad for the Republicans, again?

It’s also worth remembering that the vaunted Clinton political machine never succeeded in delivering more than 49% of the popular vote to BILL Clinton, and everyone agrees he was a far better candidate than Hillary could ever be.

Tacking on an emasculated Obama veep will not make up the difference—ask Geraldine Ferraro about token veeps.

Obama’s politics may be appaling but he’s not a muslim. It’s a failed fabrication, don’t fall for it.

He was born a Muslim, raised a Muslim, became a nominal "Christian" (although he never lived a Christian life or supported Christian principles) and maintains a policy that is beneficial and sympathetic to islamic terrorists.

FACTS!!! (Yes I am yelling.)

-—I guess I don’t know his campaign staff as well as you do. But then, I wouldn’t expect HIS CAMPAIGN STAFF to say ANYTHING positive about her until the campaign is over.

Actually that does surprise me, most of the guys who dropped out, always said positive things about the both of them.

The 2 of them have been unusual in the amount of bile they have spewed about each other, its like Al Gore and Mike Dukakis in 1988 (and we remembered the end result of that).

One thing to thank gore for......willie horton.

On what grounds does he control them?

The Rat base had no problems voting for Bill, twice, in the general election.

Doubt it. She has acted way too crappy towards him. If he offered her the VP slot, a lot of his followers would get angry.

Besides, she can't win the popular delegate vote - she would have to win every primary from here on out by like 25% and that ain't going to happen, not even close.

As far as superdelegates, they'll go where the voters go. They didn't get to where they were at by being stupid enough to make the voters angry (especially those superdelegates that hold elected office).

On the basis of race, which has a different relevance in this election cycle.

“Actually that does surprise me, most of the guys who dropped out, always said positive things about the both of them.”

C’mon. The losers almost always do that. Neither Hitlery nor Ocommie is a loser—yet.

I bet they kiss and make up at the convention regardless of the things they spew about each other now. Even if it’s just making up for show.
