I don't know about the philosophical ramifications, but the page itself looks like something a web framework or scaffolding would put up in the early stages of development. Looks more like a not-too-diligent developer is in the middle of changing things.

Nope. From a whois: "Creation Date 27-feb-2007"
He and his supporters accomplished what they wanted: a continuation of the anti-American import regime. All our manufacturing base are belong to the communists overseas, and we'll continue to appease Iran to keep freight fuel prices down today.

I just got a strange letter from Friends of Fred thanking me for donating and referring me to his website for the latest new. The letter left me wondering if he intended to re-start his campaign. here is an excerpt:
“The response that we’ve received makes me confident that we have an opportunity to change politics in Washington and across the country, and take on these challenges the way every generation has faced the challenges of their time - with unity, hard work, and a belief that we will come out on the winning side. —————————
Let me assure you that i seek to return to “first principles” and to reassert the concept that the government in Washington is the servant of the people, not the reverse.
I believe it will require candor to lead America forward. And I deeply appreciate your confidence that I can accomplish that mission.”

That kind of keyboard cowardice is why your candidates are getting a no-vote, besides the fact that they're physically building up enemies against our Nation while helping their Democrat peers to dump on your own American neighbors with anti-family policies.

"It is unkind, but folks who are sober and rational often do not give the appropriate respect to those who aren't."
I did seven years of combat training (National Guard) while working for temporary civilian employers with very little sleep and no time off. The injuries didn't stop me, and I didn't soak the Government for those. ...all for slave wages and the kind of disrespect that I'm seeing from you. I finally refused to reenlist, because my "superiors" put a former sailor who was also a civilian social worker in charge of my platoon. He was effeminate and hated healthy men and families. He was only one example of what's wrong with our military forces (and not only with us hated "weekend warriors").
Most police in at least some municipalities are single and have seen some organized crime without reporting it. ...served in that as a reserve, too (did patrols alone).
Most of my employers/clients and most of their employees were filthy libertine trash, just like the local bureaucrats they were related to by blood and fornication. Unhealthy social behaviors and balkanizing causes have become more important in business than getting work done.
Our Nation needs to be cleaned up. The USA wasn't intended to be a whorehouse run by mouthy, cheating ingrates, who hand our means of production to enemies.

There is no conservative candidate. We were treated to one ruse campaign to another, each in the chain of ruses projecting dishonest slogans and insults, by the same people with the same interests, for the most part, toward the so-called choice between McCain and Clinton or Obama.

Make that one ...ruse campaign after another...
Given no reasonable, healthy choice, I will be nonpolitical and rightfully negative about politics, until we have an honest candidate for US interests of today and tomorrow (rather than the foreign, anti-family, pathological interests of only a few). We did not give permission to any insulated, peculiar, self-absorbed, spoiled mob of constituents to secure permanent control over our Nation or to insult us along the way, and we don’t have to agree with such takeover.

Since the original thread was about Hunter against Thompson, the obvious meaning of Jim’s comment was to state that he considered them both to be conservatives, and was warning Freepers not to attack either of them as non-Conservatives. Your posts violate this warning from Jim.

McCain-Feingold is evil. Each of the members of Congress who voted in favor it are evil and un-conservative or uninformed. Each of the politicians who have recently and previously endorsed McCain are evil and un-conservative or uninformed.
John McCain, you treasonous bastard, I challenge you or any of your traitorous cohorts...
