This speech, if delivered by an actor on SNL, would be the funniest thing they’ve done since the seventies. It will never be spoken on SNL.
Maybe not SNL. But I could see it being spoofed on a show like Rush Limbaugh. Or what about getting someone to spoof Obama on YouTube! The possiblilities are endless. I for one think we ought to get a bunch of FReepers together to hand out Elder’s spoof to the long lines of Obamazombies (including the fawning press) waiting to get hypnotized. We could title it, “Text of Tonight’s Speech.” LOL

I like it! A similar kind of change gibberish popped in my head last night, so this Larry Elder article is an absolute treat.
Continuing Obamaspeak: We must have hope to change. Now, some say change is not important. They would have you believe we don’t need hope, we don’t need change. But I have news for them... they’re wrong!
Now defining change isn’t really important, because that would be too much change. We need just the right amount of change. Some change, and some hope. So if we all hope to make REAL change, then once we make that change, we succeed, and we won’t need hope anymore. Hope, to change, to hopelessness. Yes, we can.

When I first read it I busted out laughing. I had some relatives visiting, including a couple of liberals, so I shared it with them, and they busted out laughing as well (which caused me to start cracking up all over again). Way to go, Larry Elder!
