No a/c should be great on the computers and printers when the humidity goes up, besides the heat and ASHRAE will probably frown on their ventilation. Article doesn't really address it.
But it's green so I guess it would be great. Actually a pretty stupid waste of taxpayer's money.
Odds on the length of time it takes for the first "sick building" lawsuit?
When I first used one, I thought somebody was kidding and it was some kind of a joke, so I looked for the "candid camera". But, the enthusiastic sign touting it's lack of water usage and earth-saving ways seemed serious enough, so I went ahead and used it. On reflection, I may as well have peed in the corner. It was about as sanitary but not nearly as appealing.
You will once the lawsuits begin. We’ll get to pay for permanent retirement.
I noticed that, too. Taranto should use it in a Wannabe Pundit column.

I am working on a project overseas, part of which has to be designed and build to US standards and part to local standards.
The locals don’t use central HVAC because energy cost are too expensive. They consider a window to be a means of air changing.
It was all about the stupid carbon credit scam and as it progressed they started showing the people that quickly proved that the whole stupid "feelgood" scheme was completely useless and a fraud!!!
They (the PBS moderator) never agreed that it was a fraud, but as usual, anybody with a brain could tell that's what was being said in plain english!!!
I used to visit and enjoyed it.
Now I never consider going there; the greenies/gays/whiners have made it dull.
Amazing. No matter how much they are messed with the workers just can’t get off the government teat.
However, he has designed the entire structure with offices to receive a maximum 50 CFM. This only 1/5th of what is needed to cool or heat for that matter.
The place will be an oven in the Florida heat! They'll build it then re-engineer/ retrofit in for twice what it should have cost.
Government spending. Ain't it grand!
