Forensic Report Indicates Manslaughter at Florida Abortion Mill - Baby Was Born Alive

HIALEAH, Fla., March 6, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Results of a forensic pathologist's review of documents and slides related to the autopsy of a baby born alive during an abortion at a Hialeah clinic in 2006, reveal that non-medical workers may have committed manslaughter when they shoved the struggling baby girl into a biohazard bag and tossed her on the roof of the clinic to die.

The Thomas Moore Society, who is representing the mother of the baby, named Shanice Denise, hired forensic pathologist Abdullah Fatteh to inspect the available evidence, including the county autopsy report, microscopic slides prepared by the medical examiner, and other records.

Fatteh concluded that unlicensed worker Belkis Gonzalez performed the failed abortion, wherein the baby was born alive. He concluded that they cut the cord and improperly disposed of the baby's body. Abortionist Pierre Renelique was absent during the incident.

Fatteh stated, "The actions of unlicensed clinic staff probably accelerated and/or contributed to the death of the newborn ... It is most likely that neglectful actions around the time of birth of newborn and prematurity were the significant factors that resulted in this newborn's death."

"These conclusions imply that Gonzalez could be held accountable for manslaughter in the premature death of baby Shanice," said Operation Rescue spokesperson Cheryl Sullenger.

Gonzalez, who owned a group of abortion mills, including the Hialeah clinic, pled guilty to practicing medicine without a license at another abortion mill in Miramar, Florida, on December 20, 2007, and was given five years probation. Her associate, Senesis was also charged in the Miramar incident, and her case is still pending.

Gonzalez's lawyer, Robelto Osborne, a former abortionist who had his license revoked, was previously convicted of practicing medicine without a license, as was her receptionist, Joselin Colado, and her cleaning lady, Adrianne Rojas.

The criminal investigation against Gonzalez in the death of Baby Shanice is open and progressing.

"The only way to protect the public from these predatory illegal abortionists is to put them in jail," said Sullenger. "We pray that charges will be filed soon and that justice will be done for Baby Shanice."

"Murder in the first degree...not manslaughter."

Considering where this occurred, I'd include the "mother" in that charge as well.

But Obama doesn’t think this should be a crime.

That’s OK, didn’t you hear him say the other day he was a devout Christian. That makes up for it, you know. After all, who are we to judge an abortionist? / Sar

"These conclusions imply that Gonzalez could be held accountable for manslaughter in the premature death of baby Shanice,"

Manslaughter? What about murder!

When you take a living baby and put it in a plastic bag and throw it up on a roof to die, why is that manslaughter and not murder?

It might have been the lesser charge of infanticide if the mother had done it, but this is Murder.

Good Point. If it had been a cat or dog, they would have hung them from the highest tree.

Infanticide should not bring a lesser charge.

Exodus 20:13 13 Thou shalt not kill. (The Hebrew word 'ratsach' to break or dash in pieces, to kill or slay in an unjust manner, cold blooded unjust murder of the defenseless, never used in the killing of animals, only humans.)

what God is talking about in Exodus 20:13 when He says, Thous shall not kill, is that you shall not take the life of defenseless human beings. The two things we do here in the USA that qualify as breaking this commandment are abortion and euthanasia.

“non-medical workers may have committed manslaughter”

MAY have committed manslaughter?

I have no civil words for this.

I'm wound up, let me continue, as for those who embrace abortion as a mothers right and then accuse the US Military of breaking Exodus 20:13, I say hogwash.

Having looked at what John the Baptist said and further examining it to see what he does not mean, tells us exactly what is expected of you as a member of the US military during war. Now let us look at something you are undoubtably going to have thrown at you by the leftist. Thou shalt not kill. These words were spoken directly to Moses by God the Father, you will hear it said time and time again that "Thou shalt not kill." Those who yell that at you are as ignorant as those who can not understand that it is a baby in the womb. For what the Lord God Creator of all things was saying to Moses was Thou shalt not ratsach. The Hebrew word ratsach is used here, the word ratsach means not to slaughter the most innocent and defenseless of human life. The only ones that fall into that category are the baby in the womb and the elderly who are incapable of moving, ones in a comma or paralyzed. So, for those of you who are snipers, even taking Thou shalt not ratsach in it's most liberal sense, it would only mean "do not shoot and kill anyone who is not an enemy combatant or has any control over enemy combatant or is not in one way or another helping an enemy combatant."

No memeber of the US military doing his job is comitting a violation of the commanment not to kill! And that would include snipers. But woe unto you who have or do abortions, for one day you will stand before the God of Life and will pay dearly for your slavery to the god of death.

Context:

While John the Baptist was baptizing , a group of soldiers came by: And the soldiers likewise demanded of John, saying, "And what shall we do?" And John said unto them, "Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages."

So, what is John telling them? Well, let us first look at what he is not telling them. He is not telling them not to fight, "Do violence to no man" does not mean don't fight, nor does it mean do not kill, nor does it mean do not shoot back. What it means is do not torture.

"neither accuse any falsely" means tell the truth, do not report fire coming from a village as being fire from tanks or artillery when it is only small arms. Do not report an enemy buildup in a school or hospital if you are not sure there is. Do not report what you know not to be true, in other words, be honorable.

"be content with your wages" simply means be content with your wages, do not pillage, do not steal, do not take that which is not yours from the enemy who is alive or dead, nor from the villager or even the politician.

You know what, this lawsuit opens up an interesting way to nail abortion clinics. Use their love of money against them:

Find mothers who aborted their kids at the clinics and get them to sue the clinic for high monetary amounts, for any little infraction they can think of (yes including the obvious, murder). There are always low-lifes who are scheming for a quick buck this way, and now all of a sudden the money-hungry Planned Parenthood will have to defend its cash reserves from any and every schemer on the planet.

If we are lucky the problem will solve itself!
