Rush reported that a rep. of McCain admitted that he sees the Religious Right as a serious problem. McCain lies so much that one cannot believe anything he says. The few things he has been consisted on include amnesty to illegal aliens and admitting terrorists to this country.

The Obama Nation of Communism...

More than a mere leftist wart, he may be a commie mole.

Bad enough that Hussain is cozy with Islamists. We knew he loved the joys of socialism, but how close was he to hard core communism? More than Hillary? The Canadian Free Press takes a hard look and just might find a commie under the bed.

Alan Keyes was one of the very few who called him out, but fellow travelers in the media would ensure that went nowhere. It is a longer read than most, but full of detail, some surprising to many. They find evidence of his connections in part on his take about Terri.

..............................

In his biography of Barack Obama, David Mendell writes about Obama’s life as a “secret smoker” and how he “went to great lengths to conceal the habit.” But what about Obama’s secret political life? It turns out that Obama’s childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, was a communist.

In his books, Obama admits attending “socialist conferences” and coming into contact with Marxist literature. But he ridicules the charge of being a “hard-core academic Marxist,” which was made by his colorful and outspoken 2004 U.S. Senate opponent, Republican Alan Keyes.

~Snip~

BARACK OBAMA DISPLAYED HIS BIZARRE VIEWS ON FOREIGN AND domestic policy during the February 26 Democratic presidential debate but nobody in the media seemed to notice. This is a candidate who is pitifully ignorant on some of the major issues facing our nation. First, Obama showed ignorance of what led to the crisis in Kosovo, and he seemed to advocate some kind of U.S. military response through NATO. If a President Obama carried through on such a threat, it would be a foreign policy mistake of monumental proportions. It could lead to a war with Russia. Second, Obama didn’t seem to understand that in the case of the disabled woman, Terri Schiavo, the issue was about giving her the same kind of due process rights that are guaranteed to death row killers. We now know where Obama really stands, and it is not a pretty picture......

Is Barack Obama A Marxist Mole?

Remember three years ago today? That was the day Bo Gritz, the decorated Green Beret of Ruby Ridge fame let the charge, stepped up to be arrested. Meanwhile, Pat Mahoney still held hope that Jeb Bush would come to the rescue...

From the NYT or NYET or whatever, an excerpt:

............................

PINELLAS PARK, Fla., March 19 - The morning after Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed, lawyers for her parents sought new avenues to keep her alive and protesters were arrested trying to deliver bread and water to the door of the hospice where Ms. Schiavo, a critically brain-damaged woman who a judge has ruled would not want life-prolonging measures, lay in bed.

Just before 11 a.m. on Saturday, three men were taken into custody when they tried to force their way past officers guarding the driveway of Woodside Hospice to take bread and water to Ms. Schiavo as a symbolic gesture.

The three - led by James Gritz, a former Green Beret commander from Nevada known as Bo - were arrested on misdemeanor trespassing charges, police officials said. About 30 people prayed outside the hospice on Saturday morning and waved signs reading "Stop Renegade Judges" and "Colorado Loves Terri." Others stood in circles reciting the Lord's Prayer. Passers-by looked on, drinking coffee................

What a difference a day makes, twenty four little hours...

On one side of the line, Killer Tiller is lauded, heralded as a hero of woman's right to choose, champion of the Constitution. On the other side of the line just hours away, yet to be crossed, he would be reviled in history as a gory butcher of little children, compared to Hitler and the worst of the monsters of the death camps.

I marvel at the sick ability of liberals to juxtapose these opposites without problem. Perhaps it is why we call liberalism a mental disease.

Thread by wagglebee.

ARLINGTON, VA, March 19, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Notorious partial-birth abortion specialist Dr. George Tiller of Wichita, KS, was caught on hidden video admitting to aborting babies a day before the mother's due date. Students for Life of America (SFLA) today released the video which was made at the Feminist Majority Foundation's annual Women's Leadership Conference held at the National Education Association (NEA) on March 9.

The video reveals Dr. Tiller showcasing massive and graphic pictures of children with fetal abnormalities that he had aborted, so as to make the case for late-term abortions as necessary medical procedure. SFLA's Executive Director Kristan Hawkins, who videotaped the conference and interviewed Tiller clandestinely, commented on the gruesome pictures of aborted children Tiller showed, saying, "One had an extra arm: could not that child had survived and received corrective surgery? Was violently killing the child the only way to go?".............

Mr. Schiavo, appearing on "Today" on NBC, said members of Congress were trying to intrude into his personal life with last-minute maneuvers, which included issuing subpoenas for the Schiavos to appear before Congress and trying to move the case into federal court.

I am unaware of ANYONE EVER blatantly ignoring a Congressional subpoena and not facing serious consequences.

I always felt that the quickest way to stop the murder would have been for Congress to send federal marshalls to enforce the subpoenas.

I think this is why Obama and Hillary dislike each other so much. He is a communist in the classical Marxist mold while she is more of a Stalinist.

He would be well advised to read up on the fate of Trotsky and watch his back.

This poor woman died. From what I have seen, she became horrible to see, but I muster effort to grasp whether she was worse off than many of faith who bravely smiled through far worse afflictions knowing the world they may one day reach was better than this one if they were in Our Lord's hands.

From what we learn, she suffered agonizingly, not from her affliction, but from her distance from Our Lord. In another thread a poster commented she was in a living hell and now it is over. What an irony for those of faith! It is as if she were willing to trade her temporary hell on earth for a chance at an eternal hell. What does one face afterwards if one has violated the Word of Our Lord? Indeed now she knows for sure and we can only guess.

A severely disfigured French woman was found dead at her home Wednesday, a local prosecutor said, only two days after a court rejected her request for the right to die, in a case that has stirred much emotion in France.

The high court in Dijon, eastern France, decided Monday to side with the prosecution which argued that current legislation does not allow the doctor of 52-year-old former schoolteacher Chantal Sebire to prescribe lethal drugs...........

Phooey! It is back to the three Marx brothers, Grouchy, Harpie, and Karl. The argument over embryonic stem cell playing transcends logic handily since the value lies not in scientific potential, but in the ability of libs to play with human life. Now, we can expect any of the Marx brothers to play in the human life sandbox.

Thread by NormsRevenge. Thanks, narses, for the ping.

Hundreds of embryonic stem-cell lines that provide hope for treating devastating disorders such as sickle cell anemia and Down syndrome are available for research but are off-limits to federal scientists because of White House restrictions, scientists said Wednesday.

The three presidential candidates - Republican John McCain and Democrats Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama - all support expanded federal funding of human embryonic stem cell research. Their actions would lift a restriction imposed by President Bush in 2001 that limits federally funded research to fewer than two dozen embryonic stem cell lines..........

You hit onto something profound most would miss. Yes, Bronstein aka Trotsky was much more purist and history shows that the ideology married with a lust for power wins over plain old ideology. Hill will freeze over before BO wins and he will have Hill to pay.

BO needs to realize that Fort Marcy Park (or any other place that Hillary suggests for a “secret” meeting) equals Mexico City circa 1940 and an ax.

This “new era” will consist of billions of dollars being poured into junk science that private biotech firms are unwilling to invest a penny in. And what people fail to realize is the reason that these private groups are unwilling to invest money in ESCR is not because they have any moral objection to slaughtering babies, because they don’t, their unwillingness is due solely to the fact that they realize it’s a waste of money.

When is the media going to acknowledge that there are non-embryonic stem cells that private companies are investing billions of dollars researching, without asking the taxpayers to chip in a dime, and that they are achieving incredible results?

Fort Marcy Park was once on my commute home. I would stop there often, for a break, and can easily imagine the brutal, blunt and effective Stalinist end poor Foster met. It was not so messy, but effective, if clumsy. How soon we forget how her Imperial Majesty prowled the halls of the Old Executive Office Building as her subjects averted their eyes in terror.

You may be confusing Foster with Webb Hubbell who was rewarded for his loyalty with a prison cell.

Of course if BO is so concerned about how black Americans have been oppressed, he might want to take up the cause of Danny Williams:

A couple of years ago I was thinking about buying a large Elie Bleu humidor (I was also trying to figure out a way to explain to my wife that I really did need to spend $3000+ on a humidor), but then they came out with their Che Guevara line and I changed my mind.

There is a law that permitted Bo Gritz to buy Terri's freedom. I believe he tried to buy Terri's freedom from J. Greer but Greer said no. It's an obscure law but Greer was hell bent on killing Terri and he was in a big hurry to please Mikey and the deathbots.

Gritz went to the Clerk's Office with the paperwork and the money. Ken Burke, Clerk of Courts, Pinellas Cty. Burke would attend the vigils at night incognito. I now believe he was there to SPY for Judge Greer. I could have pointed Ken Burke out to the media but I wasn't there to get Burke in trouble or exposed. I was there tryin' to help Terri.

McCain is ignorant re: religion. The truth be told that freedom of religion is one of our rights and being a Christian with morals does not make us one monolithic group. If he wants to lump us together as "the religious right", I don't have to vote for him. If freedom of religion makes McCain uncomfortable, when will MCCAIN HAVE TO DO HIS RELIGION SPEECH????? Romney did a briliant one. Don't count on McCain ever giving a religion speech.

Did you see that Crist doesn't help McCain's ticket? I bet Charlie's having a sad day... boo hoo. Democrats aren't in love with Charlie Crist as they were a year ago. He's been pandering to them before and since he became gov. Now they turn on him. Sorry, Charlie.

Going back three years, the FDLE had already turned around once while on the way to rescue Terri. This is not ever reported because Jeb never told anyone. I was on the media side when a call came in that they turned around. I was sitting this time in an msnbc chair, minding my own business and oops, there it was - a call that FDLE just turned around. Fox was to the left of msnbc which was where the Schindlers had to run a gauntlet of media from across the street at HOSTAGE WOODSIDE back to their quarters in the thrift store. There are rumors the thrift store was bugged or that there was a mole in the camp. I can neither confirm or deny. FV

I figured the thrift store was bugged, would have been surprised otherwise. I stayed away from the Fox station especially when Sean Hannity was there. It is coming back to me now... Remember David V, who was one of those arrested? I used to hang around with him a lot. Beard, sackcloth. As I recall he was about to be interviewed for the Fox morning show and was over at their booth on early morning March 31 when Fr. Pavone rushed past me and Nikki, to the Hospice entrance right at the usual spot at the entrance. My memory went dark at about that time. All I could remember is the vultures flying in from the north and making lazy circles over the hospice.

David may be coming to the activities next week and probably will be with Msgr. If so, please say HI to both from me.

No FDLE but I remember the four local cops doing their power walk or march or whatever it was. I guess it was supposed to look impressive. I guess they were going to confront the FDLE. Maybe I didn't get it all straight.

David V. and another guy tried to keep the media and the public on separate sides of the street. They were discussing their duties policing the thrift store media side. I had just crossed the street to their location. One said to the other they'd had about enough of me and the other went "uh huh". I thought it was hilarious since they missed the 2003 vigil and all the court dates and they didn't transcribe any hrgs from their notes... Yeah, they may have been sick of me but I wasn't there to make their life easier. I wasn't even annoying them and I realized they had no idea how much stuff I'd been doing for years. Sometimes, men just feel threatened by women thus they were uncomfortable that I was on both sides of the street and they had an assigned task and I was doing my own thing. It wasn't like a concert. It was not exciting or entertaining. It was being present at a murder. We kept getting such bad news that I preferred going home to receive bad news frequently. It was Terri and the Pope.

How Jeb Bush played Terri's supporters like a violin. It was his opus, his grand finale.

We might get laughed at for saying it, but I do believe Jeb Bush’s Pontius Pilate performance on that fateful time woke up enough people to lay a stumbling block in his path to Pennsylvania Avenue. Many have laughed and sneered, but our darkest enemies remind us constantly of the effect Terri’s Legacy has on us all. McCain could well lose for making a selection like that even up against super losers like Hill and BO.

Three years ago today, it sounded like good news...

.....................................

WASHINGTON (CNS) -- As Congress and President George W. Bush rushed into place a law granting federal court jurisdiction in the case of severely brain-damaged Terri Schindler Schiavo, Catholic leaders emphasized that she must continue to be given nutrition.

The law signed by Bush in the early morning hours of March 21 allowed Schiavo's parents to ask a federal judge to order reinserted a feeding tube removed March 18 by order of a Florida state judge.

Richard Doerflinger, deputy director of the U.S. bishops' Secretariat for Pro-Life Activities, praised Bush and members of Congress for the new law.

"Terri Schiavo is not terminally ill; she is a woman with cognitive disabilities," he said March 21. "This law ensures that the decision to discontinue her assisted feeding will be reviewed with full attention to her legal rights."...............

And the baton passed from the blind to the halt. So much for Justice....

We charged across the bridge to Tampa. I rode with Pat Mahoney and Brandi Swindell and we expected good news to come of this because how could even a liberal judge fly in the face of the heart of our government? Nope, the judge got out his violin and sawed away for hours, hours, and hours, twiddling his thumbs as Terri slipped deeper into dehydration. Meanwhile, this James Whittemore District Judge played Terri with the same casual amusement of a cat juggling a helpless mouse until the game got boring. Then the next day he released his thumbs-down and shortly afterwards whined how we meanies were all against him.

Nope, the cowboys of brokeback justice had circled the wagons and the entire Justice system stood ready to show the rest of government and us poor saps who was boss.

As Congress and President George W. Bush rushed into place a law granting federal court jurisdiction in the case of severely brain-damaged Terri Schindler Schiavo, Catholic leaders emphasized that she must continue to be given nutrition.

But the law signed by Bush in the early morning hours of March 21 allowing Schiavo's parents to ask a federal judge to order the reinsertion of her feeding tube failed to achieve its goal when U.S. District Judge James Whittemore in Tampa, Fla., ruled against the parents' request March 22.

Whittemore said Schiavo's "life and liberty interests" had been protected by the state courts and that her parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, had not established a "substantial likelihood of success" in the federal court process.............

And today a simple reflection...

.........................

What is most frustrating about your ministry?

There are not enough hours in the day, not enough ink on a page and not enough bytes in a bit to tell everyone's story - so at the end of the day, I just do what I can. It was very frustrating during coverage of the Terri Schiavo story to realize that, at the end of the day, some people just don't want to hear the truth - even if you take the time to explain it......

Her gift and calling is to tell stories of the faith

The Divine Mercy was tied to events at Pinellas Park and permeated the vigil. The thread by Coleus was started several years ago and is renewed at this time.

As best I can figure, Jeb was Pilate, Greer was Caiaphas, Crist was Judas and the role of Satan was jointly played by Felos and Mikey (though Mikey probably sees himself as Barabbas).

I've no intention to appear rude, but I believe you made a comment about sitting in some other network's chair upthread a bit, and I am just so curious--why on earth were you sitting in their chairs? Was it with permission? Or perhaps the chairs were there as courtesy seating? Thanks for indulging my curiousity! :D

Best,
Etixos

News from today's St. Pete Times. 1. Pinellas is second to Broward County for losing residents. PINELLAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFER NO REASONS FOR THE EXODUS. I can think of a few right off hand... 2. (r) Fla Senator Evelyn Lynn WHO VOTED TO KILL TERRI in March of 2005 is on the front page for triple dipping salaries. 3. Governor Crist VETOES A BAN ON BAGGY, DROOPY PANTS. He has no idea that droopy drawers are part of gang culture not just fashion. For "sun", Governor Project Runway said, "I remember when I went to high school, people were worried about how long somebody's hair was. It really doesn't matter. What's important is what you learn, not what you wear."

(yeah, and they're learnin' how to be little gangsters, Governor Project Runway.

Al Gonzalez stopped the coast guard rescue. I’m thinkin’ that coast guard copter had paperwork on board for Terri to be released to them. Terri’s copter was cancelled. Thanks for sticking to your anti-torture policy, AG AG.

Chairs draw your attention? There were many network news director's chairs. One network allowed us to charge our cell phones at their generator. The media on scene were cordial, albeit many times, friendly. Producers, gofers, on camera personalities were all cordial, even CNN's on air personalities who were there. If I was sitting in a chair, it was probably because it's hard to stand for hours next to the death cultists whose eyes glowed like burning coal and their signs were E-V-I-L and tasteless.

I had permission from God to be there, kind of like Rush saying "talent on loan from God."

Now see what hay you can make of my sense of humor as you state you've no intention to appear rude.

I just remembered helping an ABC affiliate edit their raw footage for their Easter Sunday broadcast. I implored "remove the Holocaust sign. It is not the day for such a sign." The affiliate then took that sign out. In editing raw footage, first priority is "sound", then you pick the pictures and order. They push buttons on their truck and then hit send to the satellite.

On Easter Sunday, we were still being strung along by Jeb, et al.

I’m sure the Holocaust sign is still on line on search engines. It was stacks of human skeletons from the holocaust. It was just too graphic for Easter Sunday. I know you recall this sign. There was the Greer sign with swastikas on it as well. Greer’s spending his golden years being associated with the barbarism of Nazi Germany. And, the other judges and voters against Terri. Nancy Argenziano cried cuz someone called her office and called her a murderer. Well? Judge James Whittemore tortured Terri and her family. Greer was breaking laws of the and alone.

What is the Crist/McCain relationship at this moment? I am amazed how few recognize that McCain exhibits signs that not only is he a nasty person but possibly he is not mentally well.

McCain has Lieberman and L. Graham on his world tour. What if he picks Lindsey Graham? Anyway, McCain’s made some gaffes in Israel. He sure doesn’t study up before he speaks.
