Savage was right...the shooter knew his way around. He was an Arab from East Jerusalem (hence, no need to get him around the security wall) and was an employee of the Yeshiva (chauffeur, I think).

UNSC fails to condemn Jerusalem shooting. Thanks alot Libya! Earlier Thursday, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon strongly condemned the shooting, calling it a "savage attack."
