It was a dark and I was appalled. We argued heatedly about CAFE standards, the Caribou, ethanol, and the like. But there's no arguing with someone who's had too much rain to drink. I quickly alerted everyone, "Do NOT drink the rain!" At least not in large quantities and certainly not without the proper mixer. 151 rain will mess you up and make you forget supply-side economics and market forces. It'll make you talk up government regulation, energy conservation, increasing gas taxes. And give you a bloody awful hangover to boot. How ya feeling today, Tom? Hair of the dog. Then sober up and get back to reading Thomas Sowell. HEHEHEHE! I know Tom is going to get even with me big time when he writes his next AAR. I just want you all to know in advance, whatever he writes - all lies! HEHEHEHEHE! Nothing much else to add. Though all the photos show us all bundled up and getting wet from the rain [..er..] Bacardi, it wasn't too cold. Bus arrived around 9:15pm and we called it a night. One hundred and fifty one to be exact. Honor roll: trooprally, BufordP, Cindy-True-Supporter, Tom the RedHunter, PleaDeal, USNRetired, Lureker Bill, Satin Patriot, RonGKirby, Fraxinus, kburi, and Nellie.
There's still a few more pics at [Mrs] Trooprally's photo album Our 3 year anniversary at Walter Reed is coming up soon! Come out and join us March 28, 2008! If you can't get to D.C. to join us but would like to do something for the wounded, you can find a wealth of ideas by FReepmailing Cindy-True-Supporter, VAFlagwaver, or PleaDeal. Come join us every Friday night between the hours of 6:30pm to approx 9:30pm. Directions to our Walter Reed freep location from the Takoma metro station |

Yes, but will it make you talk like Wuke and wear pink underwear?
Make that a lime with mine please.
[Mr] T
But not as good as your Elle McPherson comes to Olney
[Mr] T
Yes, but will it make you talk like Wuke and wear pink underwear? No, for that, it takes an even more extraordinary beverage.
How come we haven’t heard from Tom yet? He must still be hung over.
