I saw an article that showed Michelle Obama’s clothing and then similar outfits on Jackie Onassis. Obama has obviously been aiming for the comparison. One dress, a sleeveless shift was exactly the same as one that Jackie wore, others were just the same type of print, like a large black and white houndstooth with a big collar. It is no accident. I’m still waiting for M.O. to show up in a pill box hat.
Jackie O was to the manner born, had a squeaky voice that sounded like someone was poking her in the butt with a sharp stick. Dynastic Marrage.

She recognized that she was privileged and acted like it. Michelle is privileged and whines about it. Sheesh.

Have you ever watched Michelle Obama walk? She is awkward, gangly — totally lacking in grace. Jackie O walked with elegance and never felt the need to chime in with strident opinions while her husband was campaigning.

And Jackie didn't consider herself a co-candidate. She kept to the traditional role of a First Lady - and that has unique functions that are valuable.
Jackie used her traditional role to spiff up the WH...concerned herself with the historical aspects, on being a perfect hostess to Foreign Dignitaries, etc.. .
