Night before French toast casserole

10 ounce loaf of french bread
8 lg eggs
3 cups of milk
4 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs butter
cinnamon as desired

Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Slice bread 1 inch thick and arrange in 1 layer in the pan. Beat the eggs with milk,sugar, salt and vanilla.cinnamon.Pour over the bread. Cover with foil and into the fridge it goes.

When ready to bake. Remove foil. Dot with butter. Oven 350 for 45-50 minutes.

Remove from oven. 5 minute standing time. Dust with powdered sugar..Pass topping of choice.

TEXAS ARMADILLO EGGS

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. white Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
Shake ‘n’ Bake pork
Jalapeno peppers
2 eggs, beaten

Cut end off Jalapeno peppers and hollow out. Stuff grated cheese inside peppers. Wrap sausage around peppers covering completely. Dip in egg and roll in Bisquick and Shake ‘n’ Bake pork. Place armadillo eggs on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Add some cayenne to that shake and bake.

You know what stupid my classmates I told them the URL even the teacher did BUT NO they don’t listen only people they listen is my Asian American classmates i am serious Kathy

Yup it's me Smarty.;)

It's okay.We got one new gal on my team and the best thing is she needs no training.

She transfered from another store and she fits right in with my crew.

We are now officially fully staffed and have a great crew.

Yup my weekend will be here soon and then I have a 4 day work week and then I start my vacation at home.Yippee!!!

Well I talk to my mom she is old school bank teller back in da day she was typing get this

120 wpm 90 minute at steonography and writing notes like that

This like Please early 1960s when she was first start working I think now she slow down a bit maybe shorthanded not anymore

I know for a fact she type at 70 wpm
