Talk about stupid criminals. Surveillance cameras all over the place, and they go to the ATM machine virtually undisguised.

The sad irony of course is that had they simply robbed her and not killed her, they would've probably gotten away with it.

But it seems it was a “clerical error” that allowed the 21 year old suspect to be out on the street to do his murdering....

He was in court 2 weeks ago - yes in Durham - and his court file was sent to the wrong courtroom——so the judge postponed the thug’s court appearance.....instead of (makes sense to me but what do I know)...inestead of sending someone - maybe the person who made the clerical error -— to go find the file and bring it to the correct courtroom!

So the PERP walks free two weeks ago. Had the court heard his case he probably would have been OFF THE STREETS!!! and it is possible this crime would never have been committed...though we don’t know what Lovette would have done without his “pal”.

Also the Durham chief of police is trying to say very clearly no gang involvement. HOwever the older perp had gone to Apex High School and gotten thrown out because of a fight he got into over his BLUE BANDANA which is GANG attire!...acknowledged in the report about that incident!!!

So the Chief Durham police guy says...this is not gang related...just two “young ment”....comitting random violence...

As I said from the very start.....Durham City, Durham County is a corrupt criminal cesspool which has LONG catered to the CRIMINALS and NOT to the victims and potential victims....

words fail ..... clerical error.....court file in wrong courtroom.....God needs to start over with that place...

I know - he can’t get the death penalty....neither one would because of the current “moratorium” on executions....but the 17 year old wouldn’t get it anyway because of his age....

Need to change that law NOW.

Hey I live in New Jersey and was thinking about moving down but not if its full of the same scumbags I’m trying to get away from! Too bad - I was hoping for some Jeff Davis values, not more of the same PC crap we get up here. Maybe I’ll switch back to Florida.
